“Interesting”
Reviewed 5 November 2013

Very intersting to see how people many centuries ago would go to great lengths to worship. Word of warning. The lights were not working when i visited and if you veture to the depths where it seems like an entrance to the caves you will finish up to your knees in water very quickly. Quite dangerous

“Catacombs & Caves”
Reviewed 19 October 2013

What a great find. We visited the Solomon's Catacombs which was quite small, but what you don't realise is that the whole area is covered with caves that you can walk into, you walk and you keep finding them. Many have steps leading down into them. Photography is good in these caves. Its like "discover your own caves" completly free to just wonder around them and explore.

Intricate & mysterious. There is a spring there. Unfortunately, the spring and frescoes are not in good condition.

Reviewed 10 August 2013

The st solomon's catacombs are easy to find and close ot the castle area so you can combine it with a nice outing with icecream and a walk at the catle afterwards.

Interesting for adults and children with lots of cave and the tree where they hang hangkerchiefs and tratdion...
