We have just returned from our holiday in August. It was my partners birthday whilst we were away. On arrival we were given vip treatment, all the staff were very attentive and were taken into a seperate room for check in, which was excellent. We filled all necessary documents and were given a drink of our choice and little canapes. We were then told that we ahd been given an upgrade for free and when we were taken to our room, it was like a little flat.
All room service, cleaning staff, reception area, waiters, & pool staff including the two men who gave you your towels at the pool were excellent.

If you want a holiday to chill, without lilos screaming kids this is the place.

Also if you are on half board, you can change your evening meal to a lunch time one which is good, and also you can change from the buffett at night to the a la carte for free as long as you book in the morning with reception, this was great as the food was first class.

Room Tip: Ask for Room 317, it is quiet but not a very good view

We chose asimina for the first week of our honeymoon looking for a bit of luxury treatment and we got it. We were upgraded to a bigger suite as on honeymoon with wine fruit and cakes in our room. Beds are big and comfortable, bathrooms are huge with tropical rain forest shower or bath and nice toiletries too!
Staff are very nice, so attentive with fresh water arriving at your room three times a day and fresh towels twice a day!
Pool
Side service is brilliant with drinks or food from bar or restaurant.
Breakfast buffet is best we ever had and we have rated some others as amazing til now! So much choice and everything super fresh , fruit , breads, cold meats , cheeses cereals dried fruits , pastries, hot English breakfast , omelettes waffles pancakes made to order, I could on!
Lunch in kymata is lovely but very expensive, we had lunch here a few days. Panini and chips, chicken caeser salad, greek salad but overpriced but a lovely restaurant.
Cocktails are also expensive at 7.30 each but the Mojitos are worth it! They are the best weve had in paphos and the platter of mixed nuts and canapés that come with it kind of justifies the price!
Get yourself at least one anyway!
We had a couples massage in the spa, was really nice and good price at 130 e for the couple for 50 mins with use of thermal suite afterwards.
I would recommend this hotel and it has some nice restaurants close by worth going to ( the braai lodge a must).

We stayed at Asimina suites in August 2012 . We booked this hotel for our wedding and honeymoon . Even though we arranged most things before departure , the hotel wedding planner was on hand and could not have been more helpful . Staff at Asimina really do go the extra mile . The service and standards are superb ! We could not have chosen a more perfect place to spend our wedding reception and honeymoon .

We have just come back from one week at the Asimina Suites and it was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff werw very, very helpful and polite throughout our stay (I would recommend that you ignore anyone who says otherwise!!!). The breakfast was the best buffet I have ever had and probably the best available breakfast I have ever had full stop.

We ate at the hotel Kyamata Beach Restaurant twice and the food, service and views were just what you would want after a hard day in the sun. If you are looking for authentic Cypriot food head to The 7 St Georges, the host Ben is great and the food is so well priced, fresh, organic and it doesn't stop coming until you say so.

If you are looking for a very relaxing sun, sea and sand holiday head here, you will not regret it.

Room Tip: The grand superior suites are great. We were in room 417 and it was on the top floor at the back of...

Accomodation: I stayed here with my Mum in June and had a relaxing and pleasant stay. The food is of an excellent quality and the staff are extremely helpful and professional. The only negative was the size of the single beds which were extremely narrow, concerned may fall out in the night! Location of our room was at the back of the property, near the road, therefore some traffic noise, request pool side view. Would highly recommend this property, lovely location and pleasant stroll into Paphos by the coastal path. If you want a relaxing property with fantastic food and service without screaming children look no further!
Resort: Saddened to see that Paphos looking down at heel in parts , last visited 15 years ago and shocked to see the ravages of tourism on a once quaint and pretty resort. Lots of tatty souvenir shops with numerous premises closed and boarded up, also huge influx of Russian holidaymakers which has impacted on the resort i.e Russian themed shops and groups of rude and drunk Russians. Therefore was happy to stay by the pool and use the local supermarket rather than go into town.

Room Tip: Pool view /Sea view rooms quieter -away from the road

What a special lovely place! Lots of pros, very hard to find any cons. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite - really pleased, we had a lovely room - the air con was great - despite earlier reviews - and it was very hot - so no problems there. The room was in very good order, very clean and spacious with a lovely double balcony. Check in was very personal and set the scene for our week here. The pool/garden/beach area is lovely, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a little shop that was very reasonably priced for water etc. Our week was really excellent, the breakfast was lovely, we sat in the shade outside and just enjoyed relaxing over a leisurely breakfast looking at the pool and sea. The fact that there are no kids there is really lovely! Having travelled without our own two, we really did not wish to endure other peoples kids. The hotel has a sophisicated air about it, really quite lovely and we will definately be returning.

Room Tip: A sea view is worth the extra expense!
