My wife and I went to The Asimina Suites in the first week of May 2013 for a week in the sun. The hotel is very good indeed. Even with a very high occupancy, there were no queues for anything and the staff could not have been more helpful. We found the food in the A La Carte restaurants to be slightly better than the buffet but everything is really wonderful. We would certainly recommend the hotel and return

Room Tip: Probably worth paying for a room with a full view of the sea.

Like others have said, from the moment we arrived we felt like royalty. Ours doors were opened for us and the luggage taken care of carefully, politely and efficiently by the hotel porters.

We arrived late, 9.30pm at night, but were taken care taken straight down to the À la carte restaurant for a fantastic meal in a fantastic setting, service was absolutely faultless. Having finished our meal, we were taken through the check in process, giving a very good overview of the facilities.

Having gone through the check in process, we were taken to our suite and given a pleasant surprise - they had upgraded us from a limited side sea view suite, to a full sea view 1 bedroom suite. I have posted a picture taken the balcony and it really was as good if not better than the brochure pictures, the view was fantastic. The room was immaculate in every way, very clean, well laid out and with the introductory cake, wine and fruit awaiting. Face, Hand and Both Towels are provided, along with bathroom flip flops, robes and slippers. There is also hand and hair cleaning products provided, which are regularly topped up if required by the house maids.

There is a mini-bar, which can be swapped for a fridge if requested, a safe, coffee machine, kettle, hair-drier all provided. Our room had 3 telephones, which could also be used for room service and to book the restaurant should you desire. The rooms are cleaned regularly and each day a complimentary bottle of water was placed at each bed side. Our bed was a very comfortable king size, coupled with black out curtains and dual air conditioning, ensuring you had a good nights sleep.

The food was fantastic, with the buffet offering a large selection. At breakfast for instance, there were 8 types of fruit juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other drinks available. Freshly cooked to order products were also available from the friendly chefs. Attention to the detail on all the food was superb at all times and every thing I ate was perfectly cooked, perfectly presented and tasted, well perfect!

The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was excellent, as were the outside poor and gardens. All these areas, along with everything else in the hotel is maintained and kept in pristine condition at all times. Beach towels are provided in these areas, along with shampoo, conditioner and cleaning products, so there is no need to take one with you, unless you are planning on going elsewhere you might require them. There was no shortage of sun loungers even when the garden and pool areas were at capacity, staff were continually going around checking and making sure you are happy and have everything you need, whilst taking care no to disturb you if relaxing.

As not all tour and room operators state this, it is worth noting the check out time is 12pm normally (Later than most), but with a late flight, we were fortunate enough to be given the room until after 5pm and the remainder of our time, the luggage was stored for us in a secure baggage area.

I never normally write reviews, but felt that this hotel deserved another stunning review for it's exception service, cleanliness and attention to detail at all times. During out stay, it would be unfair to say an individual member of staff was exceptional, because I felt that all of the staff and management all went the extra mile to make sure you were happy, all were friendly, courteous and very attentive at all times. I can see why so many guests come back year after year.

Thank you to all the hotel staff and management for making our stay so perfect.

We stayed here from 28 April for 7 nights. We arrived and were met at the door by the bellboys who were very friendly, guided to reception then taken to a separate area to actually complete the check in process, sat down with refreshments, nice touch.

Then showed to our room, with bags quickly following. Thorough description of the room facilities which followed the thorough overview of the wider hotel facilities at check in. Very much left to settle in with no add on services at cost pushed.

The food was excellent, good range and quality with various fresh cooked options to complement the extensive buffet of both hot and cold options. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgable, when asked for wine recommendations they were more than happy to assist, and they knew what they were talking about with good knowledge of their product. One issue however was the red wine was often chilled, which did not present the wine at its best.

The ground facilities were also good with comfortable loungers, friendly and attentive staff but not overly pushy.

Check out was also very good, and a very nice touch was the manager Dino was there to have a chat, and the guest relations manager,Veronika along with the reception staff waved us off, a classy and not false touch.

In summary we were very happy with this holiday, Would be more than happy to recommend to friends and family and would certainly stay here again, the staff were as good as I have seen from a friendliness and professional point of view and a complement to the hotel and it's management

Just returned from a long weekend at the Asimina Suite Hotel. It is absolutely lovely. The staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you.
The pool was lovely with loads of sun beds and the pool staff really good always around to help with anything and bring you drinks and cold towels during the day.
The restaurant was good value for money for a 5* hotel with excellant choice and variety of food and of a very high standard.
We walked into Paphos harbour which takes about 20 minutes, but the buses are great there and almost outside the hotel for 1 euro per person, and really frequent.
Its a great hotel and luxury with hot weather, I will definately be coming back.

Room Tip: I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was amazing and huge with a massive double balcony over lookin...

Just returned from a long weekend at Asimina Suites with friends and colleagues. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing time in the sun, only 4 hours flight and close to the airport. The staff were amazing the whole stay, nothing was too much trouble at any level .

The rooms are all suites so loads of space and great bathrooms and amenities. The food in the restaurants good but only a short drive from Paphos for a good selection of alternatives. We ate in Grazie run by George, utterly charming and fab Italian - Thank you George for a lovely evening.

My only small niggle was the size of the towels and the occasional haphazard housekeeping.

Go you will love it.

Room Tip: Choose the 1 bed suites for extra space and have one with half the balcony not the double balcony as...

Loved it, the staff is attentive and helpful, the breakfast quality we put in our top 10 list. we had suite 421 from 17/4 till 24/4, streetview and half seaside. No complaints whatever, every threatment for hair, skin, even for man razorblades where available. Housekeeping top! Nice bottle of wine as surprise when we arrived, had birthday there and had nice birthdaysurprice. We think and believe: top of the bill in Paphos! hint: clock radio in the room, maybe dockingstation iphone or smartphone... but sd reader in tv: like!! General: coming back and recommended high.
