When we found out that the Asimina Suites Hotel was the hotel that we spent our honeymoon in 24 years ago under a new name we had to pay it a visit. As soon as we walked through the door and made our way to the reception desk we were greeted by staff who you could tell take a real pride in there job and couldn't be more helpful. When we said we were checking in we were taken to the new check in room in which we sat in great comfort and offered champagne while we sat and rested after our journey from the airport. After completing the paperwork we were then shown to our suite. And OMG!!! what a hotel room! We had a one bedroom suite with a view over the gardens which had a large flat screen TV in the lounge with a DVD player and one also in the bedroom! also FREE WiFi in the room and a room safe which was large enough to hold a laptop.A bathroom with twin washbasins set in marble with a bath and a shower cubicle with a rain shower head.To finish off the evening a meal we had pre-booked the Kymata Restaurant which was the icing on the cake. This hotel is excellent at customer service and this review is just small snap shot of what is on offer, The attention to detail is what The Constantinou Brothers excels at and if this hotel hasn't got it ,you don't need it! We both would like to thank everyone at the hotel who made our stay unforgettable and to think this hotel is still owned by the same people that it was over 24 years ago is a credit to The Constantinou Brothers and their staff for all there hard work and dedication.

Room Tip: If you can afford it try the executive suite with a private infinity pool on the ground floor !!!!

This was my second stay at the Constantinou chain of hotels. Last year we stayed at The Athena Beach, which lead us to find the Asimina Suites. What can I say!?! We was not disappointed!!
I think the one thing that makes the Constantinou Chain of hotels stand out from all of the rest are by far the staff and their level of Customer Service. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help you - Roxana and Dominik especially. After speaking to Roxana she praised the hotel, Managers and other staff members, explaining that they are one big family and enjoy working together and this definitely shows.
The hotel itself is small, tranquil and very peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool and surrounding areas are kept very clean and there ample amounts of sun beds available.
The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished and are of a great size and are cleaned twice a day.
Food - I reckon I've put on at least half a stone. I have never experienced buffet food of this quality, every day offered something new and I didn't stop eating. I was amazed by the selections, how often the food was refreshed and the amount I could eat in one sitting :)
Would I go back? Definitely, without a shadow of a doubt. If your looking for an adult only hotel, with 5* Customer Service, an excellent food choice, beautiful views and peace and quiet - them this is the hotel for you. If you do decide on this hotel... I'm very jealous, but I know you will enjoy your time here :oD

Room Tip: We stayed in room 231, a one bedroom suite. You get to witness an amazing sunset every evening from...

Excellent week spent at Asimina suites. Attentive, friendly staff, lovely food , breakfast buffet with great choice , nice to eat outside by the pool in the mornings! Beautiful pool area with plenty of sunloungers, waiting staff for drinks and pool attendants with towels to fulfil your every need. Nice man made beach with Jetty to swim -off into crystal clear water.

Rooms very spacious and clean , nice big bathroom. Maid service twice daily. free bottled water in your room daily which is a nice touch. Lovely big showers!
Out and about , We did not venture too far outside the hotel as it was our second visit to Paphos and we had already been to the main tourist sites. Instead we just walked along the lovely coastline footpath directly into Paphos -3 kilometres ,for a coffee at one of the many cafes around the harbour, to walk off our substantial breakfast! Nice to return to the hotel and relax on the sunbeds with a cooling drink afterwards , hotels beach bar/cafe serving food until late in the afternoon, if still hungry.
In the evening after our excellent buffet meal, (a la carte is available but did not see the point as we like to try out different dishes) retire to the bar where usually low key music or soloist was performing. which suited us as we are not cabaret/disco type.
Really sorry to leave the Asimina Suites , wish we had booked for longer. Would we return? You bet! Thanks Asimina Suites for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Thanks also to all the staff who are a credit to the hotel for their friendliness, service and courtesy.

This hotel has received many rave reviews. We think they are thoroughly deserved. We needed a week of peace, rest and luxury. We were not disappointed at all. All the staff, whether at reception, in the restaurants or helping round the pool areas were helpful and smiling. And spoke an amazing variety of languages. The rooms were spacious and well-serviced. There was no noise from other rooms or from people passing in the corridors. This may be partly due to the no-children policy of the hotel. We especially enjoyed suppers in the beach-front restaurant. Quite tempting to stay around the pool all day and not go into Paphos, though that would have been a mistake (Paphos is a class resort). It was probably our best hotel experience ever and we look forward to visiting again. One week was simply not enough.

Room Tip: If possible aim for a room with a sea view.

Just back from a very relaxing week at The Asimina Suites, and, as others have already said the service, comfort, helpfulness and general ambience were of very high quality. We arrived late in the evening and were shown to the VIP area for registration, a glass of bubbly and canapes but we did have to wait quite a time whilst they dealt with another couple arriving. Registration complete, we were quickly shown to our suite which was extremely well equipped, spacious and luxurious. We had a sea view (partly) and a pool view but it was of the hotel next door, although this didn't bother us particularly once we got our bearings. The food in the hotel is really top notch with excellent choices, whether at the breakfast buffet, lunch in the Kyamata, or dinner in either the buffet restaurant or at the a la carte in the Kyamata. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pool is beautifully clean and there is no pressure on sunbeds, or with people reserving them and not using them. The pool guys, Scott and Georgiou provide an excellent service.

Our only negative was that the main a la carte restaurant seemed to be closed, and it was extremely difficult to get a booking to dine a la carte in the Kyamata in the evenings. Their rule of booking only 24 hours in advance seemed to have gone a little awry when we were told that it was booked up for the next three nights!!

Our only other gripe (and this is really just to make others aware) was regarding a hire car. We wanted to hire a car for just one day, and having been to several of the local hire companies they would only consider a 3 day minimum, which we didn't want. We were almost going to forget the idea, but on arrival back at the hotel happened to mention to one of the Porters/Concierges that we couldn't get a one day hire. He said "not a problem" and went to Reception to get us a list of cars available for hire from Avis. We chose the model we wanted, and left it with them to book. Next morning, what can only be described as "Rent-a-Wreck" arrived, not from Avis but some local company. We couldn't believe this car was for us as we thought we were renting from Avis, but it was!! It was dented, filthy dirty and had done over 140,000 miles - hardly the sort of vehicle you would expect to see outside this luxury hotel. Of course, it was all there was available so we accepted it (even though it was the same price as the Avis rental) and it did the job, but just be aware in case this is common practice.

Apart from these two things, we really did enjoy our time at the Asimina Suites and would consider returning there again.

Room Tip: Don't bother with the rooms with a private pool and quite a number of them get very little sun a...

My husband and I stayed at Asimina Suites Hotel in April 2013 for a week and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at and one of the best holidays we've ever had. As soon as we arrived we felt like celebrities! The welcome and service were excellent and lasted throughout our holiday. The reception staff are professional yet warm, the restaurant staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for Scott outside, from moving the sun lounger (sometimes 3 or 4 times in one day to follow the sun!), to bringing frozen fruit and iced towels. Mr Dino, the Manager, is polite and interested without being intrusive and the pedicure I had in the spa is the best pedicure I've ever had anywhere. The food was excellent every day without exception and the weather was gorgeous too. I'm pregnant (my bump got just as much attention as my husband and I did!) so this is the last holiday we'll have just the 2 of us for some time and all the staff at Asimina Suites really did make it one to remember.

My wife and I went to The Asimina Suites in the first week of May 2013 for a week in the sun. The hotel is very good indeed. Even with a very high occupancy, there were no queues for anything and the staff could not have been more helpful. We found the food in the A La Carte restaurants to be slightly better than the buffet but everything is really wonderful. We would certainly recommend the hotel and return

Room Tip: Probably worth paying for a room with a full view of the sea.
