Our third visit to Asminas Suites and probably not the last - it's hard to find quality like this in an adult's only environment. Probably, the nearest would be the Elysium but it's not adult's only. Really like the gardens, beach, lunch restaurant; and welcome back Scott! - more than a beach attendant, always ready for a chat and very helpful: good luck with your marathon. New this year was complimentary half board - good value and great food but to be honest, I'd prefer B&B; there are many good restaurants within striking distance and I think it makes for a nicer holiday if you wander out for meal and then stroll home again. Breakfast is fabulous but one complaint: it's the same every morning - OK, there's a great choice of dishes, but never a "special". Whilst I'm complaining, we didn't get a welcome drink (surely not impossible at 11 pm?) - we were offered a free drink at another time, but it's not the same.
Overall, very hard to beat - beautiful rooms, attentive staff, excellent gardens and sunbathing, very quiet, excellent food. Nothing's perfect, but you won't find better in Paphos.

Room Tip: Sea view essential. Don't book a cheap room and hope to upgrade - sometimes they're full.

Fantastic 'Adults only' hotel so relaxing in every way, which is why we returned again this year to recharge our batteries.
Breakfasts always a treat, with everything you could think of including champagne. Pancakes, waffles, omlettes etc all cooked fresh to order.
3 Restaurants, 2 a la carte - 1 indoor and 1 out. Would definitely recommend Kamata, the outdoor one. Excellent food and service with no extra supplements for Steak etc.
Rooms are extremely comfortable and kept spotlessly clean with towels changed twice a day.
This hotel offers everything for a totally relaxing, peaceful break and would highly recommend it.

Where to start...at the beginning...my new wife and I, yes my honeymoon arrived on a late Sunday evening, greeted well and shown to the VIP suite to check in over a glass of wine...great..only to be told that we were not the half board upgrade we had been promised, also they appeared not to know it was our honeymoon, despite having been in contact with the hotels wedding planner some months before hand. Now at this point, being dragged over to a computer to prove my board, was somewhat embarrassing ..this took many phone calls and 36 hours to put right, but not too many apologies..This hotel is very nice, but does not have a wow factor, it is dreadfully quiet, and the entertainers are braving only a handful of guests per night, with only two people on some nights..this in a full hotel...the food is very good.....on most occasions but on one a la carte evening, the veal escalopes were tough beyond eating, when this was mentioned the restaurant manager wrenched the plate away, gesturing to me to pick something else....no apology again...this hotel is very upmarket rest home, with some very nice staff, Scott and Mihai, Dinai...the Elysium is a far better hotel...if you want very quiet and expensive and deserted at 10pm this is it.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay In the amazing asimina suites hotel!
From the moment we checked in we knew we were in store for a fortnight of complete luxury!
We checked in with canapés and champagne, and then we were taken to our suite.....we got married whilst in Cyprus and they had upgraded us to a one bedroomed suite with sea view...amazing! Awaiting us was champagne on ice to celebrate, a bottle of wine and sweets and fruit. They had also decorated the bed beautifully with fresh roses and rose petals. The room was absolutely beautiful, so spacious! The bathroom was fabulous with a separate shower and toilet, and twin sinks!

Everything about this hotel is just wonderful! The breakfast is out of this world....there is the most extensive choice you could ever wish for! All the staff throughout the hotel are so attentive, and nothing is too much trouble for them! It is always service with a smile!

The garden and pool area is perfectly maintained and very spacious, and the pool boys Scott and Georgi are always there to help with towels etc, and again so friendly and chatty with a smile :)

On our wedding night we had another lovely surprise- the bed had been made up into a heart and wedding rings with the towels, and fresh roses scattered again :) little touches like this made it even more perfect!

We cannot fault this hotel, we really have been spoilt and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you to all the staff!

My Husband & I stayed at this hotel based on a friends recommendation. We loved it. We were on a B&B basis as we like to eat out in the evenings and the choice at breakfast was wonderful and catered for all dietary requirements. Room was fine, we had a limited sea view. From our first step through the door to leaving, the service was great.

No problems in finding a bed, no need to get up at stupid o'clock to put a towel down! Scott & George are on hand.

Paphos has some lovely places to eat/drink in the evenings, 5 mins in a taxi or nice 30 min stroll along coastal path from the hotel is a great way to burn off the calories.

Met some lovely guests and staff. We would return again.

Excellent facilities, lovely rooms, charming staff, mouth watering array of food. Stayed for 7 nights and wished we had stayed for more. We had a large suite with limited sea view and weren't disappointed at all because all in all it was perfect. First class service throughout. Our package came with a cabana on the beach and it was lovely about 20 feet from the sea. Only one criticism was that we were issued with a mobile phone with our cabana for ordering/delivery of drinks etc. Problem was day 1 that it took upto 45 minutes to receive our supplies if at all. Manager came round same night when were at dinner to see that all was to our satisfaction all when said everything seemed perfect apart from the waitress service to the cabana the next day the maximum we waited was 10 minutes. When you can find a reason to complain it seems to be rectified immediately. If you want to completely relax book here. If you want a bit of night life other than the hotels nightly light live music its about a couple of miles from out of the main town.

Room Tip: Preferably go for a sea view otherwise you could be looking at the less than attractive concrete car...
