Just returned from a week at the Kefalos hotel. Had a wonderful time, my nephew and partner (now his wife) got married at the hotel. Everybody was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the arrangements they made for the wedding was outstanding, the day went ahead without any hitch. The entertainment team especially AJ and Laurie were so friendly and such a laugh, really made the holiday with events throughout the day and evening. Would certainly return to the hotel again.

Room Tip: A sea view room would be wonderful.

Wow what a week.. The hotel was great, staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to go that extra mile... Breakfast was self service, full english, continental and more. Evening meals were second to none and the veriaty was awsome. the sweets could have been a little more eciting But still very high quality

The pool was cleaned every morning and surrounding area as well.. the veiws were amazing and if you decide to walk tio the habour you can always catch the bus back to the hotel for 1 euro.. the hotel shop has most of what you need or want including Digestives (which i have not had in 5 years as now living in Bulgaria.

The layout of the hotel is very welcoming, clean and wonderful to walk around.

All I can say is try it, you will not be disapointed

Good value, not ideal for Teens (16+)..a bit boring if you only stay in same area. Get a sea view, itll make the hiliday, the sunsets are are beautiful.
Great management and staf, if you have any gripes, they'll bend over backwards for you!
great breakfasts, although not much variation, boiled, fried scrambled eggs. Hash Browns, 2 types of sausage, mushrooms, toasts, breads cereal, limited fruit selection, all very nice.
Food, good value and varied.
Beach...not great, not Barbados, but ok..nice clear water. Good snorkelling.
Clean pool towels daily, friendly Bulgarian Life Guard...Sundays only Lithuanian life guard ("He can't' swim, but is tall enough to walk")...............Yes, I was surprised as well! H&S Might need to know that..(sorry)
Coral bay 3 Euros for an all day ticket 25mins up the road on a bus with a great restaurant on the beach (Loads of locals eat there too!) great value lovely views.
Funky restarant/beach Cafe near Lighthouse, with outdoor Gym equipment, mini meagerie of Chickens, Puppies, rabbit, and a Yorkshire Lady Manager, V pleasant, unexpected, good to stop off on mini Yomp to Harbour (Dont order the burger, a bit on the greasy side) Omelette excelent...good chips!
Good mix of Nationalities, Dutch, Swiss, Brits, eastern Block...not Chavvy at all!
The bottom line: BOOK IT NOW, get a sea view, REALLY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, maybe hire a car

Room Tip: Get a sea view, it will double the enjoyment of your holiday! Book this, it's great value.......................

Have just returned from a 7 night stay in Kefalos Beach Tourist Village staying on a half board basis. Would definitely recommend paying the little extra for the sea view as it was so nice to be able to retreat to the balcony yet still enjoy the view. The last week in April provided us with great weather with daytime temperatures in the low to mid twenties but still just a tiny bit cool in the evenings with the sea breeze - probably very welcome later in the season though.

The staff were all friendly, the food was good quality and we appreciated being able to put drinks on the room tab to pay on checkout or pay as we went. There is no need to pack bulky beach towels as fresh ones are available from the lifeguard daily. Hair dryers are also provided in the rooms and free wi-fi is available in the large comfortable hotel lobby.

The harbour is 30-40 minutes walk away via a paved footpath along the coast and offers a selection of shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend at least a day trip out of Paphos. We were not going to do this but were so glad we did. We hired a buggy (something different) for the day and stumbled across a fantastic restaurant called Vatouthkia near the Adonis baths. The food, service and views here were exceptional and we consider this a gem of a find. It apparently is very busy on Friday nights and Sunday lunch so need to book at those times.

All in all Kefalos Beach Village provided us with a very pleasant, relaxing holiday and I would happily recommend it to couples and families alike although teens may possibly want more choice of activities.

Room Tip: Opt for sea view rooms.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very clean and well equiped. All of the staff were very helpful and efficient. The location of the hotel is splendid overlooking the beach. At the time we were there (April) it wasn't very busy which suited us but there was still plenty of entertainment laid on in the evenings if one wished to partake. We mainly ate in the pool bar restaurant were the service was good and as was the standard of the food.

The walk along the coast towards the harbour is stunning at this time of year with one of the best displays of wild flowers I have ever seen.

We were very fortunate with the weather which always helps a holiday go well.

I would highly recommend this hotel as excellent value for money and we will certainly like to go back.

Room Tip: We didn't have a sea view room but the view from these must be worth paying for.
