“Great secluded position within walking distance of Bars and restaurants.”
Reviewed 7 July 2017 for a stay in June 2017

This little villa is a gem for the price. Yes its a little tired in places, but at the cost, its a palace compared to others nearby. For a 2 bed villa its very spacious and its position is great as it gets the sun all day on the pool and is not overlooked. The villa is clean, beds comfortable and has all the amenities you would expect.

A 10 minute walk gets you to the Tomb of the Kings Road and its many restaurants. The closest of which is Karlina's which is the best!

The pool like the villa is a little dated but a godsend in the hot days. It was like getting into a luke warm bath.

Deborah comes round twice a week to clean the pool and sort out any problems you may have.

Overall a great little place and highly recommended.

“Excellent”
Reviewed 1 November 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Stayed for a week in October and had a fantastic time! The house, although in need of some updating, was perfect. Very well appointed, both inside and out (pool was very cold though, but ok once you got used to the temperature) and in a great location. Set in a very quiet cul-de-sac but only 5 minutes walk to Tomb of the Kings Road where you could choose from many different restaurants and bars. No need for a car as bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the house and will take you to the harbour and Coral Bay. All day tickets are 5 euros each so we did Corallia Beach in the day then used the ticket to go to the harbour in the evening.

We met friends there so they took us out to several places - Sea Caves, Aphrodites Rock, The Stadium, Gladiators House and Dionysus House. We also had lunch with them at The Last Castle, which was a fantastic experience, although a 4x4 or quad bike is recommended for the journey there! We also went to Chris Blue Beach at Kourion Bay, they do amazing salads and sandwiches and are located right on the beach.

We had some wonderful evening meals too - Karlina do a really good 3 courses for €13.95, including moussaka and kleftiko, Phuket for great Thai. Mothers in the harbour do the best value and very tasty food, we had a mixed starter to share, stifado and tavos for mains and a litre of good wine for €35. Our favourite meal of the holiday though was at Kingfisher on Tomb of the Kings Road, their fish meze was superb!

For grocery shopping Lidl was a 10 minute walk away. We didn't visit Tomb of the Kings but we did do the 1 hour bus tour which, at €10 was a bit of a rip off, I imagine the hop on, hop off would be much better value. The harbour is a lovely spot, we walked there along Tomb of the Kings Road and walked back along the coastal path, which was beautiful and took about 30 minutes each way. A must visit is Aphrodites Secret on the seafront for some honey salted and lemon cashew nuts, absolutely gorgeous!

We would definitely recommend Chris Court to anyone visiting Paphos, it's a great house in a brilliant location. We would not hesitate in using this accommodation again.

“Great value for money”
Reviewed 18 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

We spent 2 weeks at Chris Court and had a great time. The villa is in the perfect position - convenient for Tombs of the Kings Avenue with all its bars and restaurants yet far enough away to be lovely and peaceful.

There are some great restaurants within a 15 minute stroll - our favourite was Island Blue, where they served a great Meze including dishes such as courgette and egg which we didn't get anywhere else. They also did the best Moussaka I have ever eaten and the Kleftico was amazing. If you eat at this restaurant for 3 dinners, you get the 4th free (although you have to pay for drinks).

The pool was quite small but ideal for cooling off in. It was cleaned twice a week which was great and was always done early in the morning - thanks to Deborah, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

We would certainly stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time .
The house was spotless and everything you could need in self catering accommodation was there and more. The pool was an added bonus and again kept extremely clean .
I would like to add that Deborah does a fantastic job in keeping the house in its fantastic state and is on hand if needed.
We will defiantly be booking again for next year., just waiting for the flights to be released.

“Peaceful and very relaxing location!!”

My boyfriend and i stayed in this property for two weeks and we found that it was great location and very peaceful. You are near to the main roads where you do find a various selection of restaurants bars and supermarkets but you arent close enough that you can hear any of the nightlife if you need an early night.

When we went there was currently building work being done on parts of the main road but it would only be in the morning that you would hear any particular noise but only when the windows are open.

The property itself had everything we needed and i would recommend it to anyone.

Just come home from a week at Chris Court, would have liked to stayed longer. This property has everything you need for a great holiday, very comfortable, peacefull , great location. We hired a car to see more of the location, but the local buses are very reliable, the service runs from the Harbour to Coral bay and other locations the fare is about 1.50 euros. Plenty of places to eat, plenty of watering holes !! You must go on the coastal path walk to Paphos. It starts from the lighthouse beach bar, great views alround.
