“Relaxing and well kept hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 July 2013 via mobile

Arrived 13th July, first impression of rooms, average, 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds so not too comfy at night. Good aircon in room thou plus TV. Not that you should be in your room much! Nice relaxing pool, be early to get a bed! All one depth pool so kids are ok 1.2m. Foods really nice and varies each night. Staff really friendly and on the whole a really nice place!

We came to Cyprus for a friends wedding and stayed at Pafian Park for a week. There were 4 adults and 1 child in our party. I had read various reviews and was slightly concerned but my concerns were unnecessary!

Our hotel rooms were 1 bed apartments. They had everything we needed as we were staying all inclusive anyway. They were clean and spacious. There were 2 days each week when the rooms were not cleaned but we knew this in advance and had no trouble getting clean towels/toilet roll on these days if necessary.

The pool is a good size, clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The rooms generally surround the pool so it is not a long walk to return to your room if required. There is a shop which sells most things you could ever need and is not TOO overpriced. You can buy 12 small bottles of water for €4.50 which is very reasonable considering 1 large bottle of water costs €2 from the bar. (Water is available free out of a chilled dispenser though)

There isn't a beach at this hotel but you can walk right up to the sea which is only about 200 steps from the pool and paddle in the water. There are 6 sun loungers available on a shingle/rocky area but its pleasant enough.

Kids club - the kids club was run by the animation team, in particular Chrissy. Chrissy is absolutely lovely. My son very much enjoyed the kids club and asked to go everyday. He came back happy and very proud of his various pictures and models he had created.

There is a kids mini disco at 8.30pm which my son loved. The evening entertainment isn't the best in the world but we saw a couple of shows, and there was bingo most nights which I love!

The restaurant is pleasant, offering a choice of different foods at each meal time but the desserts are very repetitive (cake/jelly/ice-cream) which was a shame. George is fantastic, so friendly, helpful and welcoming and he remembers EVERY child's name! My 6 year old son adored him as he always made him smile!

Reception have various staff. Some are very polite, friendly and helpful but others not so much, although they are not rude at all. We had an incident as we were waiting for our departure transfer which resulted in our son ending up in the pool fully clothed but reception were very helpful in providing a clean towel to dry him off and a black bag to put the soaking wet clothes into. I really appreciated this assistance.

I would not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future and would recommend to anyone.

We have just returned from having a week at this hotel over easter2013.
We were booked at another hotel and were changed at the last minute.Read some of the reviews and thought we were going to have a terrible week.
DO NOT BELEIVE SOME OF THESE REVIEWS.
The staff were great and could not do enough for you.
The food is good and plenty of it.The rooms are very clean and well looked after.
If you go on an all inclusive holiday you are not staying at the Ritz so do not complain
We had a great week and would go back again.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the sea are the best

Well hotel off the beaten track
No beach just a few rocks ,a tiny bit of sand and a beautiful sea you can't get in over the rocks.
Entertainment the worst I have ever know ......it bordered on embarrassing.
Food was ok but repetitive although restaurant staff were amazing.
Sun loungers taken by 7 00 am.
Pool was missing all the filter covers .....highly dangerous and when brought to the reception staffs attention they had a big row with each other in Cypriot and then just smiled ????
I have been to Cyprus for several years but have never experienced such a terrible hotel ......avoid at all costs

Room Tip: There aren't t any at this hotel !

I stayed at this hotel mid-September thanks to an overbooking at the original hotel I had booked at. Obviously not having chosen this hotel I wasn't too pleased at having to stay there. The apartment was of a decent standard for a family of four (one double room + a sofa bed), though walking around the resort I saw that there were other apartments with newer and more modern furnishing. As most guests stayed there with FB option, the kitchen was not even equipped to have breakfast in the apartment which was a shame. No view from the apartment. Pool overcrowded and beach is not suitable for children. The best thing about our stay was the fantastic, themed buffet dinner. Excellent quality and good value for money.

stayed here july 12 for 16 nights first;y got there booked 7 rooms as there was 23 of us to be told 2 familys had to go to another hotel for the night but they were all booked at the same time other people wer arriving and wer given rooms this was a regular thing apparently and most of them never came back the rooms were nice but full of ants and i mean full very large ones also had a lizzard and a cockroach the food was not very good not much variety they had a new manager who had been there 6weeks and he cut staff and the animation team only had 2 staff entertaiment well there wasnt any lady gaga on sat and a man singer the week after that was it very poor middle of nowhere so to get any fun nights taxi to paphos or 10 min walk to bus stop lots of sickness around 3 of us ended up in hospital wen came home with a tropical disease and 2 had the bug but not as bad. they had water to get yourself but we watched them filling it from the tap after we had been drinking it all week pool was only waist deep all the way round it also had a indoor pool the only good thing was when people put towels down before 6 30 in a morning to save sun beds the manager did remove them which was quite funny watching their faces wen they came to their beds in an afternoon to find their towels missing and someone else on them will definately return to cyprus but not this hotel to many cut backs to make it run smoothly even in the food hall they played a song 5 times in a row it drove you potty dont go here if you want an enjoyable holiday

Room Tip: 8 / 9/ 10 are the best rooms face the sea
