Just returned from the imperial 24/7/13 on our honeymoon. We had the honeymoon suite with sea view, the hotel is very clean, and modern, the service was excellent, the food was top quality and no one there complained. The pools were clean, the main one was very warm, but lots of kids and air beds etc, loads of sun beds & umbrellas no need to reserve, although you still got the selfish ones out at 6am to put there towels down, there is a smaller indoor pool with a jacuzzi, this was nice, as no one under 16 allowed in, waiter service with drinks around the pools & grassed areas, good choice of inclusive cocktails, beers and spirits, although not very alcoholic. The only thing we could knock it on is the description in broacher says there is a golden sands beach, this is not true, lots of large rocks, grit for sand, nowhere you can walk into the sea without walking along further about 150mts, then only a small entrance, not reccomended for children. Also it stated a golf putting green, also untrue, looked for 7 days, no sign, even reception dident no.we will return to this hotel again even if its just for the food 10 out of 10. If the beach was sorted out this would easily be a 5 star hotel. Steve & Debbie

All in all, despite this small negative, we are overjoyed to hear that you had a most memorable stay.

We look forward to seeing you at the Louis Imperial Beach soon again.

Have been here since Saturday and loved every minute. The refurbished rooms are lovely and the aircon works a treat. We last stayed here about 8-9 years ago but haven't manged to justify the extra cost to come back to Cyprus since then when compared to the canaries, turkey etc. have to say this is still our favourite holiday location!! I'd compare this hotel to the Barcelo in Caleta De Fuste in fuetaventura, both high end 4 star. Here at the Louis they have managed to give the place a modern look but maintain the old school levels of service they had the last time we came. The service during the day around the pool is great, the boys and girls just keep the drinks coming to your sun bed all day! The AI food is the best I've had!! I remember how good the food was at our last visit but was expecting a dip in quality due to the AI but it hasn't dropped at all. We have looked at this hotel a number of times over the years but it was always half board for more than AI money. Now it's top end AI money but you don't feel cheated buy the food and drinks at all. Now I only have one concern in all this and that is for the surrounding areas bars and restaurants. If all the local hotels go AI is there enough SC apartment business around to keep them going? One of the main reasons for coming back was the local nightlife and it would be such a shame to come back in the next year or two and see a ghost town in what was once a thriving little triangle area of places to eat and drink. Even on AI we still go out and eat and drink outside of the hotel mainly for the reasons above. If holidaymakers stop spending their money outside of the hotels then it will cause the demise of an already struggling local financial climate. Hotels think long and hard... Do you want to be a one stop shop for everything we need on our holiday? I doubt if you could cope with the extra entertainment requirements based on what we have seen so far this week, not that it was terrible in anyway but the variety would have to be much wider! What would be really good to see is a spin on the half board offer. Try breakfast, lunch and drinks up to 6pm and then rather than a hot buffet at night give us a choice to buy dinner in the hotel from a menu full of local and worldwide dishes plus our drinks, or we can choose to go out at night and give a much needed boost to the local eateries.

Would I come back here again?? Yes without a doubt,it was a great hotel 9 years ago and it is still so today.

My wife and I have recently retuned from a very special holiday at the Imperial Beach Hotel. An excellent hotel - very comfortable rooms, marvellous food and friendly and helpful staff. Also great facilities and a good location. As with most all-inclusive hotels the quality of the drinks available was a little limited but this is only a minor quibble.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Try to get a sea-view (on the south side).

I have stayed in numerous all inclusive hotels and this was the best food I have had. The staff were brilliant and always courteous. The drinks are of a good standard and include bottled beer. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need. The service is second to none and are worth tipping although the staff never look for anything. The only negative aspects of holiday was the fruit juice in the morning and 3 euros per day for the safe. I would love to and will return to this hotel next year. Brilliant holiday.

Dear guest,

Let us thank you for a short and lovely review about a stay at the Louis Imperial Beach.

We are delighted to read that you found our hotel to have the best All Inclusive offer you have experienced thus far with a spectacular quality and selection of food and a high standard of beverages. Moreover, we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of your spotless rooms that are well equipped with all the amenities one might need and that you would commend our staff for their outstanding service. In regards to your comment about the safe charge, we would like to inform you that we took the decision of excluding this free from the room rate as to not charge guests for a service they may not wish to use. Nonetheless, despite this minor observation, we are overjoyed to hear that you had such a brilliant holiday to which you wish to return.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Louis Imperial Beach.

Best regards,

This hotel has now been refurbished and is as good as ever. Now have Asian restaurant by pool very nice. We only managed a week this year and the staff were brilliant as always. It was very hot in june and lots of personal attention was given to guests, this sort of thing makes this hotel special. Will be back next year health permitting, look forward to seeing Maria and Elena and of course our favourite Manager. We were very grateful for Elenas help and getting our usual room, just love this hotel. The food as usual was very very good. We will be back in 2014.

Room Tip: All rooms are good better with sea view.

This was our first visit to the island of Cypress.we spent 10 days at the Imperial Beach, from 16th - 26th June. The hotel was very well run, staff were friendly and having drinks bought to you while by the pool was a lovely treat. The food was excellent, good variety and always hot.The hotel also has a Asian restaurant on site, which we visited twice. The staff were very friendly and the food was outstanding.
There is a downside to this hotel unfortunately and that is the quality of the drinks.Orange juice tastes like squash, all alcohol drinks were very weak, but bottled beer and bottled wine we found to be good, don't know if this was because we were on an all inclusive stay.!!
You can walk to Paphos harbour on the coastal path which takes about 20-25 mins or you can catch the bus outside the hotel which seems to run every 10mins,costs 1.50 euros and takes about 8mins.
We would return to this hotel and also recommend it to our friends.
