7 nights here and had a lovely time
Plus points
Fabulous staff - nothing was too much trouble, all were happy to go the extra mile - stand out was Robert who brings drinks to your subbed.
Food - are in all the restaurants - all were excellent.
Grounds and location - nice pools and sunbeds, we also loved snorkelling off the wobbly jetty
Minus points
The rooms are a little small
They deny they offer an all inclusive, calling it Premium Package, this means for every drink , ice cream, meal you have to put your room, name and signature on a till receipt - this gets very irritating over a week.
Restaurant dress code - we found it a little embarrassing as we were told the dress code of long trousers and a sleved shirt applied to all restaurants at dinner, not just the a la cart ones that the tour company had advised us.
Entertainment - aimed at the older generation, maybe a few more events in the afternoon and evening for the under 60s?

This hotel was truly relaxing. We never got the feel of being in an English "cattle market" type hotel, despite it being such a big building. We could always find some sun beds (which were very comfortable) without the need to plonk towels out on them at the crack of dawn each morning to reserve our spot. All the staff were so very friendly and helpful without exception. Food was varied and delicious. The restaurants had an intimate relaxing feel and the service prompt and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We went all inclusive, and upgraded to Premium, so absolutely everything was included in the price - we were even brought a bottle of champagne on our last day. The hotel was pricey, but it really did feel like a 4 or even 5 star experience.

Our third visit here and the hotel could not be more accomodating. The staff are really nice and friendly and cannot do enough for you.We especially loved the new beach bar where two dry white wines were enjoyed most afternoons!

Room Tip: Mountain view is good, but dont pinch ours!!

Having heard so much about this hotel from family, friends and seen all the reviews we were very excited about our stay this month. We were not disappointed. This was our first holiday without our children and could not believe how peaceful and relaxing the whole hotel complex was. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. We could find no fault with this fantastic hotel.Thank you for making our holiday so special.

First time at this group of hotels and we were highly impressed. Loved the adult only concept which meant the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We were only B&B and what an amazing breakfast.
We had a mountain view room which was spacious and comfortable. The complementary fruit and wine was much appreciated.
The hotel and all the grounds are absolutely spotless.
Couple of things to be aware of there isn't a beach for entry into the sea but there is a pontoon which takes you past the rocks .
Also the side sea view rooms appear to be smaller than the other rooms.
The staff cannot do enough to help and make the whole holiday so special.
When we walked home at night along the promenade we felt proud to belong to this hotel which says everything of how we both felt.
Will definitely return .
