“nice hotel in a quiet area of Paphos, good value for the price I've paid”
Reviewed 22 November 2013

I booked this hotel as it came first on every site and I was wandering why.I read reviews from many booking sites and I decided to go on and I do not regret at all. Everything is like is said on the hotel's presentation.
First of all they provide transfer from airport and return, this option came on when booking,so no aditional fee for it. Very good and organised service, a representative (Mihaela, I think, very nice and warm welcoming after more than four hours being on the plane) introduced us to the van driver, which took us to the hotel in about 40 minutes, with five more stops at the resort for other tourists. The driver chatty, with a good sense of humour, helpful with all the tourists.
At the hotel, nice reception with free wi-fi, working very well most of the time. Smooth service, as we reached the room almost immediatelly. The room, studio with no balcony(I choose it like that because it was incrediblly cheap) very big, clean with air con,all it needed for a kitchen as well(fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher). Cleaned every day, toiletries supplied as needed(soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), towels changed every other day and linen every three days, hairdrier. The receptionist helpful.
Our breakfast, plenty of choices:fresh and dried fruits, cheese, coud meats, cereals, full english breakfast as well, bakery, juices and very, very good coffees, traditional yoghurts, absolutely nothing to complain. And imagine, I was paying 20 pounds per person per night for room and breakfast(and transfer from airport included) for this four star hotel. And is really 4 stars!
For sunbathing we used the area behind the hotel, beautifully designed with long chairs, umbrellas and playground for children, but no easy acces to the sea. But is a very nice small sandy beach just 3 min away where you can go safely for bathing. Pool towels provided every other day, too.I loved the sunset every afternoon, nice and peaceful view.
At evening we were using the gym, sauna and steam room and the best of all is the Jacuzzi, very pleased to have all incuded in price.
We did not bother to take diner at the hotel, as we went out every evening, the place is safe, despite roadworks taking place at the time of my holiday. The noise of the builing site in the vicinity was acceptable, just few hours in the middle of the day, but me, coming from London, I was used with noise.
Bus service running well every 10-12 minutes, going to Paphos harbour or Coral bay.Unfortunatelly many businesses closed, just few of them running. Lidl just 3 min away, with very attracive prices for spirits , wines and beer, half price than in England.
The cats around are cute, just looking for a little attention...
The water in the pool quite cold, as the sea water was pleasant in the middle of November.
The weather, 24 degrees till 3pm.
Not much to do around, is a very discreet area, quiet and relaxing, but that's what I wanted...
By the way, no complaints at all about the bed, good matress and pillows, no noise during the sleeping hours.

Room Tip: Take bed and breakfast if you like eating in the morning, is well worthing.

what a brilliant hotel we went for 10 days at the start of November, the rm was spotless with everything you need, lovely big bathroom, and lounge area ,the maid service was fantastic, cleaned right through everyday with clean towels every2nd day and the bed change every 3rd day.the bed was very comfortable.the whole place is great, paphos is a lovely place with lots of nice places to eat at the harbour and the coral bay area which our both easy to get to from the hotel by bus.and they run every 15mins both ways.we will certainly be going back.the sunsets are amazing.

Room Tip: there all nice but ask for one at the back faceing the sea.

very nice hotel, with modern decorations, and bathroom facilities, wide variety at breakfast and dinner buffet... helpful staff service..

however, worst beds ever, breakfast starts not earlier than 8 o clock and the food wasn't anything special... poor taste for the 20 euro buffet per person..

Ok, there are some reviews about this Hotel which I think are totally unfair. We stayed at the beginning of October as we were getting married at the Peyia Gardens in Paphos.

Upon arrival, which was quite late we enquired about an upgrade but as it was night staff he said we would have to ask the following day so we went off to our room. When we got there we find that it was located quite out of the way and was more than happy with the standard so we decided to stay where we was as we didn't really plan to spend all holiday in our room.

Breakfast we lovely, everything was available you could ask for so to be honest, there was no problem here. Do watch out for the waiters though, they try and clear your plates before you've even finished!!

Dinner - TERRIBLE! That's all I can say, we were booked on a Half Board basis and the food at dinner is absolutely vile so do not book half board as there are plenty of brilliant restaurant at Paphos Harbour to choose from. The Hotel really needs to sort this out. 1 tip I can give is that if you've already booked half board, ask at Reception to change to lunch by the pool instead of dinner, we was able to change every day without question and the food at lunch is of a good standard as breakfast is.

The pool is lovely and was quite peaceful, we spent quite a few days around the pool and felt we had a really good relax however, the maintenance of the pool isn't exactly brilliant, there are a few tiles missing around the pool which again, the Hotel really need to sort out.

If you're expecting a Thomson Holiday, book a Thomson holiday, this Hotel has no representation at all but this suited us as we like to do our own thing.

We also treated ourselves to a couples massage which was quite reasonable at €60 and was so relaxing I think we both fell asleep! A must try if you stay here.

The staff were really good to, especially Maria in the bar, she's fantastic. Housekeeping also deserve a mention here as our room and the Hotel in general was of a high standard of cleanliness which really does make a difference when you're away from home.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, just don't expect too much as they are simply not staffed for it.

The hotel is situated next to the beach about 2 miles from the main resort. There are pools of different depths so there is something to suit all abilities and tastes. The indoor pool, jacuzzis and gym offer other options as does the spa.
Our accommodation was extremely spacious (a basic suite) large comfortable bedroom, two bathrooms and a lounge/diner/fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen equipment was of high quality (Bosch and LG) perfect for guests who prefer self-catering. However the lounge seating was ordinary in comparison. We were on the ground floor overlooking the pool and we had a very large patio.
The restaurant was buffet style and the menu, although not offering an enormous choice, was quite varied and the food was well cooked and of high quality. We opted for half board, which proved perfect for our needs. There is a comfortable lounge bar with drinks sensibly priced. The one criticism is that the main foyer area, though large, is not well furnished and so the initial impression is not particularly welcoming. All the staff we met were, helpful courteous and friendly. We would happily stay here again should we revisit Paphos.
There is a small shop on site, which sells general produce and alcohol, all at competitive prices.
There is a bus stop just outside the hotel with a frequent service to the Marina, 1 euro each way, or 3 euros for an all day travel anywhere ticket.

Just returned on the 29th of october 2013 after a 7 night stay here. Travelled with my husband and three children aged 10, 7 and 6 months. This hotel is just perfect if all you want to do is relax by the pool in beautiful settings near the sea which we did as the weather was lovely and hot. Our room was 332 suite with two bedrooms very very clean perfect for families with a super clean kitchen area with a washing machine too! beds were ok only downside was the very dirty sofa in the lounge, lovely double balcony with good sea views.

But sadly what lets this hotel down is the fact that it is far from anything only things nearby are an indian restaurent and a lidls. The hotel is so boring in the evening there is no atmosphere no music no entertainment no good wifi to keep yourself entertained. A very poor games room if you can call it that with one table tennis table that works and two snooker tables not working also several arcade games machines all broken! hence why the hotel is soooo boring in the evening especially for families with children. We went half board breakfast was ok but dinner was appaling we often ate out although the staff are friendly and allowed us to exchange dinner for lunch which was much better by the pool bar, super hard working staff.

we took a bus 215 into the harbour which was ok. beach is very far 25min by bus, the hotel surrounding are very steep and the sea is surrounded by rocks no sand.

We had a relaxing holiday as it was quiet the week before half term the weather was lovely and setting beautiful, nice clean very big suite but the only thing that would stop us returning is no entertainment and also very cold pools that were never heated.

Room Tip: beware of rooms on the right hand side as there is a new development being built very noisy
