“Very Good!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 May 2014

I have stayed many times at Capital Coast for vacation, in family suite, which is very large, it is like being at home. It has lovely views for the sea lover, nice pool and spa facilities. The employees are very polite and helpful for anything. The hotel has rich breakfast and dinner. The only disadvantage is that the rooms are not soundproof so during the night there is little fuss. Generally offers very good services are value for money.

We stayed 3 nights at Superior suit with sea view. Very clean, spacious and modern with fully equipped kitchenette. The pool was clean but rather cold. There is not a beach (in the meaning of sandy or pebble one) close the hotel but only rocks. The only cons were: the payed wifi; other option is to use an old compute at the lobby with extremely slow connection which is ridiculous; the noise from dishes in the morning coming from the restaurant under our terrace and the reconstruction site taking place outside the hotel.

Again we made our annual trip to Paphos this time staying at the Capital Coast Resort and Spa.
Having stayed in various hotels etc in the paphos area we rate this hotel as one of the best we have stayed in. The room had a separate bedroom, well equipped kitchen, had two bathrooms and a sunny balcony as requested. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice.
We were very satisfied and will be returning.

Room Tip: Rooms facing east get more sun

spent a week at capital coast with a group of friends, we all had excellent rooms with 2 bathrooms and balconies, the kitchen was better equipped than mine at home!! tv in lounge and bedroom with English channels, the whole hotel was clean and modern, only point I would make Is the Jacuzzi and surrounding area needs revamp! but rest of hotel, pool, restaurant, bar was excellent, there is building work next door and at first we were a bit worried, but only heard it once for a couple of hours otherwise didn't know it was there, had massage in the spa which was excellent, they offered a lot of treatments in a war relaxing atmosphere, as we were with a group of friends we went out at night, I only saw entertainment in the hotel offered on thur and fri. overall excellent holiday and we have already looked at returning next year

Room Tip: I liked our ground floor room facing pool , but my friends liked their room facing away from pool as...

We spent a week at Capital Coast in a suite with sea view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to deal with. The suite was very clean and contained all the appliances we could need. TV with UK channels in the bedroom and lounge. His and her bathrooms which was brilliant and very comfortable bed. The rooms were very modern and the rest of the building was well designed and spacious.
we didn't get to eat in due to visiting friends but would be happy to try dinner next time we stay.
The road outside is in process of being made into a dual carriageway and footpaths are taking shape at last. The noise was not too bad for us as we used to live very close to Capital Coast and there has been a lot of work in the area over the years. This should be wonderful once it's completed and shouldn't put people off.
There is a small shop at ground level where basics can be purchased at similar prices to supermarkets, which was very helpful.
We can't wait to come back again later in the year.

We went to Cyprus in February with my family and this hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at.

It is a ten to fifteen minute drive from the airport and is close to a new shopping centre, loads of local restaurants and other amenities.

The hotel itself was clean, spacious and our one bed apt was stunning. The only issue I had was the smell in the room but this cant be helped as previous guests obviously smoked in the room or on the balcony.

Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and chefs that made eggs to order. The staff were always friendly and polite.

Room Tip: If you want sun throughout the day, request to be on the right side of the hotel (as you look at it...

Stayed third week November 2012. We stayed here with our 1 year old and my parents who stayed in another room next door. The rooms are wonderful. Huge and ours had amazing sunset views. The travel cot provided was great and had an extra mattress for comfort. Everything was clean although I did find the not flushing toilet paper hard to get used to! This is the same everywhere in Cyprus as I understand. The whole hotel was very nicely set up and it had a luxury feel about it. The meat eaters of our group were very happy with the food however it was not great for me as a vegetarian. I loved the Indian restaurant across the road and the Italian on the right at the traffic lights as you drive to Coral bay.

The real problems we had with the hotel were the location and the swimming pools. The location is not the best. There is not a beach at the hotel, it is rocks. We found that Coral Bay was a lovely beach for us and our toddler but of course we needed to drive there. There a few restaurants and bars across the road but really a car is essential to stay here. We hired one for a week and went to Paphos, Coral Bay, a road trip to the north and the zoo which was very nice. The swimming pools looked great but were stone cold. No one dared to swim in the outdoor pool and the supposedly heated indoor pool was not at all heated even in November! We did ask/complain about this and were told that it would be turned on at the end of November ready for the Christmas guests! We were very unhappy about this as we were really excited to swin with our toddler. This was not possible. My mother and I, both keen swimmers braved it twice and gave up.

Whilst staying I had a hot stones treatment and it really was the best I have ever had, amazing! The only other niggle I have is that the childrens play area was very shabby and not really suitable as unfenced near the rocky area by the sea. It consisted of an old shabby little tikes house and a broken slide that was just usable, some of the steps were missing!

Would I stay again? Probably not but I would consider popping in for a hot stones massage if the same lady is there!

Room Tip: Ask for sea facing above the restaurant as the views are best there. We were on quite a high floor s...
