My wife, youngest daughter and I stayed in this hotel in June 2014. The views from the bedroom balcony were amazing. I could not believe that you could get those sort of views from a hotel right in th heart of the town. Room was comfortable, with a great bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast, while a little pricey was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

3 of us stayed here for 1 night. The price was quite reasonable for a 5*. The room was quite roomy and nicely decorated. The bathroom was amazing tho' I did have a slight problem with remote controlled jacuzzi tub and had to be rescued. Staff very friendly. Lovely outdoor seating which we enjoyed a very reasonably priced bottle of rose' after a long day. Breakfast buffet very good with a wide variety enough to suit most tastes (bacon very good). The highlight tho' is the pool. set into rocks which go into the pool. Hard to describe. Am taking my hubby back there and as extra bit if you need to know, the conference facilties are nie and quite reasonably priced

The cheapest room at 87 euros a night is ridiculously inexpensive for what you get. This is hands down one of the biggest hotel rooms you will find anywhere. Every room has a view of the Pyrenees and a huge balcony to enjoy it from. Top notch service and ever amenity you can hope for. Why would you spend 30 euros less for an average room when you can live in a palace for this price? Great pools and health club and spa. Contemporary design that is just lovely. Best hotel in Andorra without debate.

Fantastic hotel. The best wellness zone I have ever seen in a hotel and all included in the price. Great view from the room, large balcony. Everything you can wish for is here, For breakfast there was almost everything there. If I have to criticize maybe that the churros were not hot and there were no pancakes for breakfast. But there was plenty to choose from. Very clean.

Room Tip: All the rooms have a view off the mountains, maybe the rooms on the top floors have the best view

Stayed here for one night. Have to say that this hotel is one of the best I have stayed at. Huge room , amazing view, great bathroom. I could stay there for a whole month. The breakfast was great too. The only problem I can think of is that it is located on a pretty high hill, for a senior it may be a problem to walk to and from the hotel / carry luggage. We took a cab on our way back and the bus service dropped us off when we arrived from Barcelona.

If I ever go back will definitely stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: I found out that on booking.com the price was higher than on the hotel website.

We had gotten into Andorra well after dark without any reservations. After driving through quaint villages in the Pyranees, we were a bit overwhelmed by the size and industrial quality of Andorra la Vella. Based on trip advisor, we just "showed up" at this hotel and it completely turned our experience around. This was the most modern hotel we stayed at - everything was electronic, the tub had a massage and light experience, and the view was awesome! Not sure if the price is more during ski season, but we had an amazing price of only $130E. They even had his and her shower /bath supplies. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Car Park - underground and secured by an electric garage door. 18 euro per day but well worth it for secure parking. We didn't have a choice though, we were told where to put our car and that the charge would be added to the room.
Reception- check in was quiet, no queue, the young girl didn't speak much English and appeared quite shy but she was pleasant and everything was well explained.
Room - 306, a junior suite on the top floor (3). A large room with a panoramic wall to wall view of the Pyrenees. Electric controls for the curtains, the panel is beside the bed. Large super king size bed with a soft white cotton duvet and a pillow menu. View down below is of the outdoor pool which is beautiful. A massive selection of toiletries in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion, Emery board, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving kit, make up remover kit, tissues etc. twin sinks, a large separate rain shower,a separate toilet cubicle, a jacuzzi bath with control panels. Hairdryer not great power though, typical hotel style. The mini bar was well stocked with San Miguel, spirits and soft drinks. A little chocolate in a box is left on each pillow each night at turn down service. Flat screen tv has no english channels except news. There is an ironing board, iron, safe, shoe shine sponge and shoe horn. The balcony has 2 chairs and a table.
Breakfast- a great continental selection. The hot food is 2 types of sausage, streaky bacon and scrambled eggs. A chef is there if you want a fried egg or omelette.
Location- just walk across the garden to the large shopping centre and you can take the lift to the ground floor which brings you to all the bars and restaurants. Disabled access isn't good here though as there are 4 steps from the garden to the shopping centre.
Staff- all friendly and professional
We didn't dine in the restaurant at night or visit the bard because the town is so close and there is so much choice.
Sport area- you need a swim hat or you can buy one for 5 euros. The pool area is warm and has a view of the Pyrenees. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and an aromatherapy steam room. The jacuzzi needs a clean round the edge where you enter and the roof above the pool needs attention.
