If you want a posh hotel with all the trimmings then this hotel is not for you! If you want a hotel which serves good food, is warm, friendly, with a good bar and a chair lift then this place is ideal. Downsides to this hotel are that it's a 5 min walk to centre and 20 mins back when you have had a few! Also tv is all Spanish apart from BBC world news channel, which we endured the Egyptian crisis night and day!!!!!

I enjoyed a lot staying at the Crest. The hotel is very well located due to the 6-man chairlift in front of it. The food in the morning and at dinner was normal to a 3* hotel. The staff is composed by young people and they're all excellent. The rooms were nice and warm.
My favorite part in the hotel is the bar near the snow, wich is great for a beer after the snow.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

Never been ski-ing before, didn't know what to expect. Hotel is clean and modern, not the ritz but perfectly acceptable. Friendly helpfull staff. Typical continental breakfast's and good choice of evening meals. Help yourself eat as much as you like. New ski lift next door to hotel so easy access to slopes. Hotel has in it's basement a ski locker (ten euro refundable) but next time would book locker up on slope for ease. Bar and games room / PC internet. The only slightly downside is hotel is at the end of town at top of the hill. If wishing to go into town where most supermarkets & bars etc. are its a ten minute walk up/down a big hill with no paths. There are buses. Good maid service. Not being a party animal would recommend it and would go again. Me and my son found it good value for money.

Just got back from a weeks stay at the Crest Aparthotel, Arinsal Andorra.
14 of us in our party, mixed age group from 4-44, all good.
Really Clean and after a quick turn of the thermastat in our room, very warm.
As most people have said, basic, the Ritz it isn't, but clean, warm and tidy it is, and lets face it if you are in good company and having a great time, whats to moan about?
The chair lift outside was brilliant, having stayed in resorts where wev've had to hike a good 400 metres and then ski another 200 before getting anywhere!

The games room was great for the kids, although make sure that you have plenty of Euros in change!

The walk up the hill is quite hard work, especially with shopping, or young children, having done it twice, we got a taxi the third time, and was charged around 10.00 Euros for what felt like a 2 minute ride! (not cheep!) Still a good time had by all

I never thought that doors were optional but they are here, open plan meaning that the 'bedroom' has no door and is a space next to the living room, which is all fine except when there are 2 couples sharing. Two squeaky metal single beds in the 'living room' is not my idea of a couples bedroom along with a toilet we couldn't trust for anything more than lets say, 'liquid', which meant trips down 3 floors to the general toilets. This wasn't fixed despite daily trips to reception. Great location for the ski lift but after that this place goes down hill. The food is basic and the decor bland, all of which I can live with on a ski trip but the doors.....ah now seriously
