Very well located Bistro-type restaurant (close to the Casino and shopping area) offering bistro food at reasonable prices (for Monaco).
On my visit (september 2013) the "plat du jour" was very bland and poorly presented. The service was typical of a French Bistro where the customer seems to be a nuisance and the staff is the star of the show.

“Trying to get a table”
Reviewed 11 September 2013

One would expect in a restaurant at 1330 with tables to spare it would not be difficult to get a table. The first offer was a small table for 2 by a busy door with a child in pram adjacent. Considered and refused. The cry of we are short of staff did not help but my request for a laid up unused table by the window was eventually heard. Why do establishments so often try to dump on the unsuspecting traveller the worst place in the room? It is unnecessary.
So we ordered! The Foie Gras with toast arrived as the cut off end and was sent straight back to the kitchen, it should never have gone out of there in the first place. The message seemed to be getting through to them at last and now the foie arrived in quantity perfectly presented. So why not get it right first time? Boeuf Tartare was good if a little bland but then the waiter probably missed my request for spicey? My. Wife's Chicken Caesar was good.
Wine list overpriced but then this is Monte Carlo but a very light Provence Rose satisfied at E30
No coffee, no desserts and a bill for E100 and no need to return in a hurry.

“REASONABLE IN MONACO”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

Reasonable restaurant in superb position just off casino square. Reasonably priced for Monaco and the food is generally fine. Tables are very close together, not great for a romantic occasion!! The whole place however is let down somewhat by the surly service which become rather tiresome after a while.

“An enjoyable evening!”
Reviewed 12 July 2013 via mobile

After walking past the casino we were looking for dinner! We looked at the menu and all seemed reasonable. The vibe was slightly unexpected for Monaco but we enjoyed ourselves none the less! The food and beverages came swiftly and our meals were of very good quality. My veal was delicious! It wasn't exactly cheap but it was Monaco! Our only complaint would be our slightly grumpy waiter! Overall we had a delightful time!
