We dined here on recommendation of the concierge of our hotel, but would have preferred to eat somewhere else. The prices were outrageous, though they might just have been Monaco prices, but we only ate at this restaurant so I can't compare. The food was fine, but nothing fabulous.
A side of chips was 10 euro, a small bottle of water (for 1 person) 6 euros.

3 of us ate inside at this upmarket (& quite expensive) brasserie on Friday 4th May 2012.

This was a return visit having last eaten here in October 2012.

We found both the service and the food to be very good on both occasions and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

We dined at this Restaurant having been once previously, it is quite simply the only place to eat in Monaco. The restaurant is in many senses slightly overstaffed as the waiters fall over themselves to be attentive.

I had a classic French Onion soup which was absolutely perfect, followed by a steak so tender it literally melted in the mouth. The wine was exquisite and everything was done to ensure that we felt comfortable and had everything we needed.

I would absolutely return again and again, and would seriously recommend this restaurant.

We recently ate at Le Cafe de Paris, at the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel. We were greeted by a very rude man, we should have backed our instincts, and left. But we were hungry and decided to stay. My husband ordered a steak, which was ordinary and presented poorly, I ordered chicken with herbs, it was dry, boring and overcooked. We ordered a plate of steamed vegetables, they were soggy and limp and excessively priced. We requested the bill and were overcharged by 20 Euro, we queried the account and were treated with disdain and the same rudeness as when we arrived.

I like to present Cafe de Monaco, real terassa opposite the Grand Prix Monaco starter in the harbour on april 2012 . A lot of young people and many nice ladys waitting the show , drinking draft beer :"sur pression" . Super image , STARS' ad Bar pub was closed for repairing durring april 2012 , nobody was intersting about tourists , I like to be local people in the spring time in Monaco , all seems to be boring like in the rest of Europe , just summer time is wonderfull here in Monte Carlo and the yacht port Hercules is the same , not owners , not occasional job ,
Monte Carlo is super location , but if you are smart , all is the same like in your home location : good rentals , cheap shops , local buses for one euro .or 3 euros per day ......................and much more , just check .............
