Happened upon this restaurant, usually Tripadvise first! Really lovely French cafe, very pleased to have found it, we had a quick lunch, mussels and frites for me and a pizza for my husband. The food was excellent and the menu choices looked great. Saw a couple of local people order the most enormous burger ever, looked great! Fresh food, well cooked, good service and reasonably proved, it's usually a good sign to see a place full of business men/woman, having their lunch! Will come back. We sat inside the restaurant as the little extension part was boiling hot! The locals seem cold even when it's 14 degrees!

Heard much about restaurant. Felt the food was only average, in fact pizza was poor. Service very abrupt and hardly friendly. Squashed seating which can happen but food should compensate. Probably not a good time of year to go as friends had better experiences before. Not up to Monte Carlo standards on this occasion.

June 2012 I spend 5 days in Monte Carlo. I ate once at Le Tip Top. My co-worker recommended restaurant to me.

Restaurant was quite small but still nice and cozy even it was full of customers. Food and wine was pretty good and the restaurant was more affordable than some other restaurants in Monte Carlo. Menu was only in french. Staff were friendy but they didn't speak good english.

Le Tip Tip is worth a visit.

The food is well priced, great menu and there is plenty of history at Le Tip Top. Its a quaint and small restaurant and can get quite busy, if you want a romantic evening this is not the place for you but lively conversation and great host's then give it a try, I love it!!
