“Moules Frites to die for”
Reviewed 24 May 2014 via mobile

We were taken to this small family restaurant by relatives and what a treat it was.

Personalized service, a great menu, nice wine and great food. Two of us had mussels - so yummy. The appetizers were very generous and delicious, and the entrees equally good.

And, the price was right.......so much better than fancier restaurants rated more highly.

“Good food, price and service”
Reviewed 22 June 2013 via mobile

They were booked out for lunch whenwe cycled there, hungry and thirsty. However they sat us on the sundeck and served us with the best food we've had for a while. A three course lunch for 12 euros each! They were helpful, spoke good English, and could do enough, even though they were very busy.

“Excellent local restaurant”
Reviewed 15 June 2013

We have visted L'Auberge several times and always leave pleased with all aspects of our visit. The owners (Tatiana and Bruno) couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Neither my wife or I are fluent in French but the owner Tatiana is most helpful in explaining the various choices.

The lunch menu is extremely good value and the restaurant is always full.

“Great food - personal service”
Reviewed 6 January 2013

The Auberge is a great local restaurant.

We try to visit once/twice a week when over in the summer, and are never disappointed. There is a good selection of set menus (all very good value), and the food is excellent. My favorite has to be the warm goats cheese starter.

We normally just drink the house wine (it's fine), but they have a few better bottles for any oenophiles that might visit.

The service is outstanding - Bruno and Tatiana are lovely and run their restaurant well. They make an effort to get to know any returning guests, and always come to check everyone is happy/have a quick chat which is a nice touch. This gives the restaurant a warm, local feel.

Well worth a visit.
