Spent a few nights here on business. Thenroom was a good size, very comfortable with decent shower. Food here is great and sitting outside for breakfast in thensun by the danube is a fantastic way to start the day. It's about a 20 minute walk into town or a 5 minute taxi ride (9 euro). The staff are always friendly, happy to book you a cab if you need it and very knowledgeable about the area.

I stayed here with a friend for just one night. We arrived around midnight. Unfortunately the receptionist did not speak English very well, which was ok for me as I speak German. Nevertheless my friend felt a bit uncomfortable. The room was on the 4th floor. The room was really nice, just the bed was a bit too soft. We did not use any of the facilities as sauna and we also went to the city center to have breakfast. There are so many nice restaurants downtown where you get breakfast for less money than at the hotel restaurant. We felt a bit ripped off because we paid 11€ for parking. When we left we found the garage open and we could have get out without paying for the ticket.

This is definitely a business hotel, which translates into:
1. The rooms are small and made for a single person. We had a double room but there really only is enough space for one person. The bathroom is very small. There isn't much space for 2 suitcases, or to unpack your things (closet, shelves). A queen/king size bed is just 2 single beds literally pushed together.
2. the restaurant is large and the atmosphere is cold. Not cosy at all.
3. The wifi is free, which of course is a positive.
4. Even though there is a nice view of the mountains and the Donau river, the hotel is located so close to the motorway that you hear the traffic if you open the window.
At least the room was clean (definitely ask for the newer rooms), and the staff was friendly. For business, this hotel is suitable as long as you don't mind that it is not located in the city center. For holiday, this is not really suitable, especially if you are looking for luxury or "cosy-ness".

Excellent breakfast with very varied choice.

Room well equipped and pleasant.

But some distance out of Linz centre even if on bus route to the centre and not that many surrounding bars or restaurants. Thus not the best if focus is on visiting Linz centre.

Free wifi and gym/sauna.
