This place is amazeballs. The concept is that a stellar chef from around the world spends a month long residence at Red Bull Hangar-7 Ikarus.
During my visit it was Magnus Ek, a Michelin starred chef from Stockholm. His food was crafted to perfection. I had the business lunch menu, this represented excellent value for the quality of cooking and ingredients. The smoked venison was perfection, my fish was to die for and the pudding of strawberries was the best dessert I have ever eaten. The amuse-buche and petit fours topped of a great dinning experience.
The waiting staff were attentive but not intrusive. The dinning room is just spot on and after dinner enjoy a stroll around the Red Bull aircraft and motorsport collection.
I will be back. Sat Bains is there in July - people are in for a treat.
