We had a double room with shower and bathroom. This room was very clean, with lots of space and modern furniture. In our room we had a safe, mini fridge, tv and wifi. The staff was very nice and helpful, helped us with the maps and bus lines and places to visit in the city. For the price we paid, this room was not expensive compared to the other hotels in the city and we were ver satisfied.
There are dry and humid saunas on the top floors with showers and towels.
Location: to go to the heart of the city, you can take a 10-15 minutes bus ride from the stop right in front of the hotel. The buses pass every 10 minutes during the week. On Sunday, the buses did not pass so often (i think every hour or so), so plan your leaving time with the bus schedule so you won't have to wait.
The breakfast was not included in the price we paid(30euro each per night on hotels.com) but there is a grocery store right in front where we bought fruits, veggies, bread and BEER :) and stocked the mini fridge.

Stayed here a lot recently, free WiFi and landline calls to Europe, great staff, easy access to the city.

Room Tip: 4th floor has huge baths with shower, others have double headed showers

Chose Salzburg as a base,as we had unknowingly co-incided our trip with a local Bavarian holiday weekend, and hotel prices in ski resorts were astronomical
Chosen on price rather than location
Pleasently surprised by the modern, clean facilites
The hotel is a 25 minute walk from train station,or a No 2/4 bus ride, and a 20 minute walk to the "old town" passing a good selection of bars/resturants on the way
Found the young lady receptionist more than helpful

This is an excellent hotel for business travelers. The front desk staff is extremely helpful with everything and always super friendly. It is a bit out of the center but works if you're taking taxis anyway. Only negative thing I would say is that the laundry prices are a bit dear. There is a mall and Greek restaurant across the street and UrbanKeller is not far. Free wifi, no fitness center.
