We came in for the day from Munich on a train suggested by the company, which got us in right on time. Our guide, Nick, was great, and led our group, which was probably 75% women, but a mix of younger and older. Yes it was a lot of biking, but we saw so many sights and took frequent breaks, and everyone was able to keep up easily. It was fun because everyone was a huge fan of the movie, we were all equally excited to see the same things! There was also a booklet on the bikes with pictures from the movie to remind you of locations as they appeared in the film, which was helpful! A lot of the tours are Mozart focused, but that honestly wasn't as interesting to us, and this was a exactly what we wanted. The tour was very professional and clearly, Nick knew what he was doing, but it was very fun and laid back, and a great way to see Salzburg, and get your sound of music fill at the same time!
