Stayed in this hotel for two nights last month. I would say that this is the worst experience for me ever in any hotel. I have stayed in two stars as well and never had any complaint regarding the service of the hotel because most of the time i would just consider that you get what you pay for but here I can't go quiet.
Firstly, the staff at the front desk is very untrained and i would be not wrong to stay that they don't really know what they are doing. Because of their unprofessional and non serious attitude, I have ended up paying more from my cards and now its been more than one month that I am not able to see that money back. I am in touch with the hotel finance team but they seem to be as helpless as I am. Just not what I was expecting from a hotel like Hilton. Going through the reviews, I see that I am not the only one with the complaint of this kind of overcharge, this makes me more firm in the fact that there are some serious issues with this hotel regarding transactions. My last time in any Hilton ever, that's for sure.

Room Tip: Choose the mountain view, that's one of the best views you can get in Innsbruck

Hotel is walking distance to the train station and centre of town. Had a king room which was very comfortable. There was no wifi in the room but was available in the lobby ( this was the only negative thing about the hotel). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room Tip: A king room is very large and comfortable

We drove into Innsbruck in the evening without a hotel reservation and needed to find a hotel for the night, and one that would accept a dog. Luckily the one hotel we could see in the skyline was a Hilton, which is known for being dog friendly. We ended up paying $300 for the one night, but after staying at traditional hotels on our road trip through Europe, I felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The bed/mattress was comparable to American standards and was the most comfortable one we slept in of the 12 nights of hotels. Our room was large compared to other hotel rooms we stayed in, and we joked that we could both be in the bathroom at the same time without bumping into each other. The view from our room was breathtaking of the beautiful city and mountains. The buffet breakfast was better than some other ones we ate on this trip, but they made us eat in the bar area due to having the dog with us, which was unusual in Europe. The hotel was very centrally located to the tourist areas. We would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel during our trip to Europe. My husband booked our room via online and paid in full in advance. However my husband credit card was charge with no explanation. We have tried contacting this establishment without success and email sent remain unanswered. I would not recommend this hotel. It's a shame it's in a beautiful location. Be careful if you decided to stay here.

Room Tip: Make sure you go through your account thoroughly with fine tooth comb

We checked into this place during our 3 day stay at Innsbruck. The advantages are its located close to the station and all the attractions are close to the hotel.The room size was decent and the view was certainly very good - of the ski jump and alps behind. Bathroom was just average. However, what was disappointing was the housekeeping of the rooms. The dusting in the rooms was not done regularly. The used glasses were not cleaned and I have found the unclean glasses just lying there. Also , the carpets never seemed to be vacuum cleaned. For a hotel of such repute this was not something I expected.
