Just had one night that at this great hotel. So close to the train station and all the attractions for Innsbruck. The rooms are very clean and spacious as there were 3 of us in a triple room. We are returning for another 2 nights next week after skiing in St. Anton where we will be in a quadruple room for 4 adults. The staff are very friendly and helpful allowing us to leave a bag while we are away for the week. Breakfast is tasty and everything you need to start your day. It seems quite new and would be great if you spent the week in Innsbruck skiing. There is no noise from other rooms. We would certainly recommend this hotel to base yourself in Innsbruck. Looking forward to spending another 2 nights there upon our return

The hotel is located in the centre only a very short walk away from the old town. My room was in the annex, accessible from a courtyard, hence perfectly quiet. The room was spacious enough with all the amenities I expected, good quality but nothing luxurious or unique. There is no 24 hour reception and when I arrived on one of the late flights it was closed but I found the keys in the place they told me beforehand on the phone. My suit was unusually wrinkled after the trip. Reception organised for it to be ironed within 30 minutes, what I found great and really saved my day. Breakfast was excellent, buffet with a lot of choice. I was very happy with my stay.

This is really great hotel.
- We did sleep well (their pillows and blankets are soft and nice)
- We did get a really good breakfast (one of the best 3-4 star hotel breakfasts ever)
- We did find it easily, and it very close to central railway station (which is a huge plus because we came to Innsbruck for 1 day from Vienna)
- They sell postcards and stamps at reception
- They do have very friendly staff

We stayed here just for 1 night but experience was good! 8-10 minutes walk to both the railway station and the old town.

The staff was very helpful with lots of info provided. If you're lucky enough, their cat Mona would be here to greet you as well!

We were breaking journey for a day while on a train trip from Verona to Munich. Walking to the hotel was easy. Their entrance was narrow and the reception was crammed but the rooms were very clean and quiet since our three bedded room was away from the street. The reception was very friendly and knowledge of English was good. Wifi was good. Most of city center was within walking distance. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and their service was good. It is definitely a place where we would repeat our stay. There are a couple of cafes and provision stores nearby. A suggestion - Deutsche Bahn offers free 24 hours break journey for a ticket between Verona (Italy) and Munich (Germany). Stay in this hotel which is close to the station and you can easily visit most of Innsbruck on foot in one day .

Room Tip: Rooms away from the street
