We stayed only one nite in this wonderfully managed hotel,
first thing u notice about this hotel is the kind of service its staff will provide,
We were impressed by so helpful and courteous behavior of front desk and bar staff ....:)
rooms were cozy and comfortable , breakfast was good.
Would love to stay more next time.

on the 16 th day of may 2013 ,i along with my 6 member family stayed in three double rooms in our 14 day european bonanza package tour arranged by mmt group. out of the 13 hotels we stayed in europe , i rank bon alpina austria as number two. though from the front view it looks like a big european bunglow ,when we get inside the corridors will lead to the backside extensions with lot of spacious rooms. the complimentary luxurious and variety breakfast we had from the hotel is the best one i had in my life.the service of the staff and the neatness were also good.

Room Tip: the rooms at the extreme end of the corridor is good for more privacy

Look small from the outside but offers a lot:
Nice bar and very good restaurant. A lot of hiden places for children's. Very nice pool in spite of the temperature-it would have been great to have warmer water!
Dry and wet sauna and looks like a pleasant spa (we didn't try it).
Basic room from the 70's but the view was amazing so it was great overall.
The staff was friendly and gave us the feeling that we are more then welcome :-)
To sum up, my wife and I felt in this lovely charming hotel like in a faity tale...

We stayed in this hotel as a member of Club Mahindra Timeshare. This hotel is quiet away from main city but public transport is available and bus stop is just outside of the hotel. The hotel is just next to village Church and the bell rings every hour. The room in which we stayed had a lovely mountain view. Heated pool in the hotel was very nice for relaxation.

A friendly hotel with allot to tell!
Some parts are modern and some a bit dated but the overall was nice!
Friendly staff, nice food!
The pool was verry nice after a hot day!!
Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy but the caracter of the town makes it worth it!

I will go back again!!

Our stay was very unsatisfactory.
1) we drove so we weren't concerned with area, which is good because its not even in Innsbruck.
2) Parking is horrible. They have 2 tiny lots that were full the whole time we stayed, so we ended up having to park in another lot that was quite a walk. Doing this at night with a baby and luggage was very annoying, and kind of scary since we didn't know the area.
3) wifi is ONLY available in the lobby, not the rooms.
4) we paid the same price (98 euro a night) as our friends, their room had a nice seating area with a couch and chairs and a tv. Our room was TINY, had a bed, closet, bathroom. No seating area and no room for our tot to play. Had we used a pack n play or something for her to sleep we wouldn't have even had space to put it without blocking the way into the bathroom. Luckily she slept in our bed.
5) breakfast was good, a buffet, but even though its free with your room we had a hard time finding a table that wasn't reserved.
6) of our 3 nights I didn't get a single night of uninterrupted sleep. Night 1, I could hear all the kids running through the hall screaming. Night 2, I was woke up at 5am with church bells that went off for AN HOUR. Night 3, more bells, and clutter of pans and such as the kitchen set up for breakfast woke me, this tells you how thin the walls are. It's impossible to rest.
7) the "fitness center" they claim to have is NOT a fitness center, they have 3 stationary bikes. That's it, my husband ended up having to just run out on the streets to get a work out.
We chose this hotel because the pictures looked nice, they said they had a gym & wifi. Both of those things were VERY important to us & they had neither. Wifi only being in lobby doesn't work when you want to use it in your room. We have an 11 month old, she needs to go to sleep by 9, besides the fact that our room was too noisy for her to sleep from all the outside room o obviously couldn't get online after she went to sleep unless I wanted to take my sleeping baby to a busy bar. It's ridiculous, definitely not a hotel for a family. Maybe if your single & just want to drink this is for you.

I suppose the main reason to stay here is because of the location and view. The Alps backdrop is simply stunning. In addition to that the room was clean, service was good and the foods were excellent. Free wifi included.
