I was not expecting the hotel to be actually in the station complex. Once I had found my way into it I had no problems whatsoever. Everything about it was typical Ibis. I was a short walk to the sights of the city and the view of the snow topped mountains from my room was great!

Room Tip: Try one with a mountain view!

The locations is excellent, just at the top of the train station. In fact if you go towards the left baggage signs, you can find the elevator that takes you directly to reception. The hotel is not far from the center either, the walk is very pleasant as Innsbruck is such a pretty place.

The check-in/ check out were fast and the staff were very kind and helpful trying to help you in everything you needed.

The room was fine, a typical Ibis room ( not a surprise ) but in this case it was clean and tidy and so was the bathroom. The shower worked very well and it closed perfectly so no water splashing out. The water pressure was excellent too. Remember that at Ibis hotels you just have one towel per person. I don´t know if you can get an extra one. I guess you can though.

Breakfast was very good for the price they charged.
I was glad with my two-day stay and would go back for sure.

Typical Ibis Hotel, right next to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. The staff were very helpful and gave us a better room with an extra bed for our young daughter for no extra cost. Didn't try the breakfast as at 11 Euros thought it was a bit costly - no need to worry lots of bakeries and a supermarket nearby. Would definately stay again!

located right next to the railway station, its a tidy hotel with helpful staff.. the facilities are very basic but since we were on a short trip, it didn't matter too much! the beds are not too comfortable but manageable if you have only a night or two to spend

The Location of the Hotel was just what you could ask for ; when on short holiday in city. The hotel is situated bang on main train station. You even do not have to get out of station, they have lift for hotel reception within station itself.

The staff (especially the lady at reception), goes out of way to make you feel comfortable and take care of all your needs. The warmth and friendliness made me look and book Ibis at any possible location I traveled post that trip.
The hotel is neat and clean and BEST you can get at that price.

Room Tip: Rooms facing main road

Location was fabulous, lift into the hotel from the train station. Walking distance to the old town. Staff very friendly and rooms suitable for a night or two - very clean. Bed was a little hard but I do like a soft bed.

This is a standard Ibis and it provided us with everything we needed. The bed was really comfy and as others have said being connected to the station makes this hotel an obvious choice if arriving by train. When we left we got a bus from right outside directly to the airport.
It is also close enough to the old town, about 10 minutes walk, which was great as it was full of Christmas markets when we were there. If you are skiing you can get the normal bus from just outside or the ski buses run from in front of the hotel europa just across the road.
