Arrived in the late evening together with my friend and realized that the Hotel put as into a single room. The room was extremely small and we hardly fit into the bed together. After explaining them the situation they were not able to provide us with a larger room at the same night but promised us to do it next day. After spending one night in this little chamber for 350 Euros they informed us they were only able to upgrade us for another 40 Euros. Staff I found very incompetent and unfriendly. The only friendly person was the night porter Klaus. Besides that the the hotel is far away from the centre and the railway station next to the Hotel is very loud. Never again.

I stayed with friends at this hotel for a ski week-end only.

The hotel is far from the city center - a 25+ minutes walk if the weather allows it. It's next to the rail station though, hence taxis are always available - but beware: they'll charge arbitrary amounts, varying from 8 to 12 Euros, to take you to Kitzbühel.

Rooms are very clean and mine was quite comfortable, although my friends weren't as fortunate and had to share a minuscule mansard.

The spa area is definitely much smaller than what I had expected given the price I paid (Eur 350+/night), although it is equipped with three different saunas and a steam room.

Staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful; the same cannot be said of the personnel at the bar and the restaurant, who clearly showed their displeasure at us and made us feel unwelcome at all times.

The food quality was poor both at breakfast and dinner.

All in all, I'd recommend this hotel only for prices not higher than Eur 180/night/room.

an Excellelant Hotel/Spa...really!! Very attentive and friendly staff; the food was perfect with a 4 course evening meal and cooked breakfast made fresh at the servery not too mention all the usual provision of meats/cheeses/cereals/breads and cakes...Rooms were very comfortable (we had a bath in ours, but not all do); soaps/shampoos very good quality - always the sign of a good hotel in my book! There's a train station bang opposite the hotel (wished we'd have known before as could have not bothered with car hire from the airport), but there's no noise to come from it so don't let that put you off. Ski bus stops round the corner too. I wouldn't hesitate in staying there in future. VFM!

Room Tip: Ask for a bath!

This is a great hotel for skiing in Kitzbuhel! The location is a bit on the outskirts, however there is no problem in getting to Hahnenkamm lift by city bus (included with your ski pass) or walking to city centre (15 min). All the fittings in the hotel are new and well looked after, you get a great mountain chalet feel throughout. And everything is geared towards sustainability and nature. They have the best bathroom products, I have come across in hotels. This is also reflected in their food, which was delicious all the time. Special word needs to be said about staff, as everyone - from reception to restaurant - are super pleasant and welcoming, providing you with real Austrian hospitality throughout. Special thanks to Laura who looked after us during dinners with genuinely excellent service and smile!

Great hotel, more than worth the price and would recommend without hesitation!

I stayed at this hotel for the ski weekend only. The ring ski-bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to all important lifts. The ski-room is also very comfortable, accessible from the garage.

Hotel is tastefully furnished (design hotel with Tyrolean touch) with really beautiful spa & sauna and stylish lounge bar. I had a standard double room in the old part of the hotel. The room was spacey with balcony but very basic equipment i.e. no mini bar, pencil, scratch pad... Because I wanted to change the room due to strong kitchen noise late in the night and early in the morning, there was no problem with that. Well, according to the room price I would have expected that the rooms are soundproofed. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful with any information I needed.

The food was good; you can choose among 3 dinner menus: gourmet, vegetarian or vegan. Breakfast buffet had vast assortment with many healthy options.

Room Tip: Avoid double standard room no.112 in the old part of the hotel. It is right above the kitchen and ge...

The hotel is a gem, great location, spacious rooms (we stayed in the L one) with nice terrace and overall lovely atmosphere.

When it comes to the service though, a total disaster! Everyone has an attitude like they were doing you a favor when you ask for things. Here are a few of the things that happened to us:

1) upon arrival we requested some more hangers and the answer was "tomorrow". We insisted that we needed them now as we were unpacking and it took them 2 hours to bring some

2) for 3 days our linens weren't changed - normally I wouldn't make a big fuss out of it but they were evidently dirty so I had to call reception and ask for them to send someone to take care of it. Again, the answer was that I should wait until tomorrow...

3) we asked to one of the girls at the reception if the shops were open on Sunday and we were told ALL of them are closed, which was somewhat surprising since we are in the middle of high-season. In fact, it was wrong cause all the stores are open on Sunday during Xmas/New Year's time

...and many more of this little yet annoying things.

On the plus side, at the front desk there is a super competent and smiley girl named Jessica. She almost makes it up for the unprofessionalism and cold/distant attitude of her colleagues.

I definitely expect a much better service for an hotel that charges 4K EUR/ week!!!!

Three nights at Q! Resort Health & Spa Kitzbuehel wasn't enough.
A fantastic hotel with incredible friendly staff and a personal touch on each corner from the moment you gonna stand in front of the welcome door. It's based close to the center, 5 minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants and you have also the ski bus stop exactly outside, in few minutes you are on the slopes (thats important), but even more so, the great service and the warmth of everything will you ask. Moreover, the excellent equipment on spa department, very relaxing!
The room was delightful, spacious with good furnishing, big closets and a really comfortable bed looking straight outside the amazing landscape. The perfect culmination weekend. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is going to Kitzbuehel.

In simple terms, we can't wait to go back.
