I would not usually pick a fish restaurant in a land-locked country but I was pleasantly surprised at An Do. The sea food was really fresh and portions were generous, making the prices good value. Everything was very tasty although some of the fish was overcooked on the mixed grill plate. Service started out well but after we were served coffee we struggled to get the waiter back so we could pay the bill - it took about 20 mins. Maybe they are just used to people sitting and chatting for a while - many others there were doing so. I liked the open kitchen - I enjoy watching the chefs at work. Overall a nice experience.
