We stayed here for two nights in the middle of June at the end of a cycling holiday. We didn't have an evening meal there but the breakfasts were very good. The reception staff were all friendly and professional but best of all was the bedding. A lovely soft lightweight duvet and the pillows were simply the best I have ever slept on. I WANT ONE.

After travelling through Europe and staying in many hotels, we were blown away how spacious this room was. The continental breakfast was amazingly delicious and the coffee was to die for!! I highly recommend!!

We stayed here for one night upon arriving by bike along the Danube. It's close to the river in the Florisdorf area, but requires public transport to get to the Venter of the city.
The rooms were large and very well finished, clean and very comfortable.

My score is far too kind to be honest, but giving themthe benefit of the doubt. The hotel was only booked as we were in business in the area, and one person wanted to be close to the offices. otherwise for the same price and taxi fares into town and back I would have rather stayed in town.Upon arriving i was met with a very abrupt untrained reception staff member, which was exuding an aire of not wanting to be there. After checkin I had two further trips up and down to my room as the card key wasn't working... which on both occasions i was spoken to lile a child and "shown how to use the card"... I have basically lived in hotels for a couple of years for work travel so it was refreshing to be shown how to use a card key. (which had to be replaced in the end). Now for my surprise... a room which I walked into and was boiling. (Aircon didn't do anything but make evil noises through the night). One light fixture was lyinh on the ground and anothet wall light fixture was at a leaning angle which had been screwed into place!? The slowest TV system in the world had only two english channels which were both news... not an issue as hardly watch TV anyways in hotels but do like some variety when i get up in the morning. although my variety did come the night before when i had to make my own bed... and in the morning when the shower with a drain plug higher than the bathroom and bedroom floor decided to start a small flood in the room.I really suggest if you live in the area you should send your mother in law here!!

- Hotel is about 20 minutes of train and subway ride (one train change) from the town historical center (depending on your luck with train schedules) having the train station very near. In Vienna terms, that is not too bad.
- Few free parking places available in the street in front of the hotel.
- Rooms are spacious and clean, with all amenities (i.e. all to an iron and an ironing table...). Twin bed means two separate beds, which you can place one next to another. Small kitchenette, quite convenient - still, you will not receive a next day "refill" of two filter doses of tea and coffee which welcome you on the coming day (after having your room made up the next day). Very good window soundproofing, although the part of the city is quite calm.
- WiFi AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE LOBBY. Only wired internet available in rooms. That rendered several of our mobile devices useless. That was not as advertised.
- We have not used breakfast option, after having found better bargains in vicinity and center.
- Reception staff quite phlegmatic - not putting any effort in "going the extra mile" even though we had a serious reservation problem that needed attention and were promised a call back. Manager wouldn't bother, I guess. Nor would the reception staff. After two international phone calls to the hotel and an email. Regardless to the nature of the problem, that becomes a matter of manners and courtesy. So, a BIG FAIL... Thank God for Expedia who solved our problem in matter of minutes and only via the phone. Warmest recommendations for Expedia services.
Conclusion - generous three stars, on account of building facilities. They have to work on several important details. Staff-wise, maybe we were unlucky to encounter employees who seemed to be there "accidentally" and not on purpose, for their guests and a salary.
Hotel has very good potential, with serious changes in sense of staff training/engagement needed.

I have stayed Ramada Hotel&Suite Vienna for a night on business trip. The location is good for me as it is close to the office but it is far from all landmarks and touristic places of Vienna. There are good transport connections (tram, metro) to the city though.

The room was spacious and so neat. I liked the little kitchen area which has sufficient equipments like utensils, microwave, kettle etc. Also, there are complimentary coffee and tea. I was so exhausted and the hot tea in a cold Vienna evening made me feel better.

The breakfast was satisfactory with various foods like cheese, fruits, oats, cereal, delicious breads, yoghurt, jam, Nutella etc.

The one point I didn’t like was the wired internet in the room. It is 2013 and even small B&Bs have wireless internet connection. There was only one point in the room that has the connection port and it is not comfortable to use the internet at only one spot. For a hotel at this quality, this point should be easily fixed.
