Had a very short overnight in Vienna and chose to stay here. Lovely hotel, and the staff were very helpful and efficient. We arrived on a 5:30am flight in from Australia so were looking for somewhere to freshen up. Our room wasn't ready however the desk manager found us a room to have a shower and freshen up which was great. We had a family room which was lovely; the breakfast was great and the location is very central.

Would definitely recommend.

Boutique Hotel in the center of Wien, just behind St. Stephan Cathedral. The rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very kind and available for any request you should have. Value for money.
I recommend the closed restaurants Figlmueller and Plachutta for the famous Tafelspitz !

This hotel was very nice to stay in. Rooms were small but the character/decor was outstanding and close to all the old city buildings near St Stephens Cathedral. We loved the setting and the way the hotel charm was set up. Only complaints were that there was no air conditioning when it was a hot night. We slept with the windows open though and that made our sleep more comfortable.

Also the bathrooms got really wet on the floor and exhaust fans didn't work well. Also the safe didn't open after I secured my materials. Had to get the manager to open for me.

Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again! Overall value was very good.

Room Tip: Get a room on a higher floor so you can enjoy the breeze.

Situated in a fabulous location, the hotel is in a beautiful building with pretty tiling and artwork. The rooms are small but very clean and lovely. The breakfast area is also small but the food was good and the service is excellent.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. It's a beautiful hotel tucked away in a hidden alley, steps from the main sites. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
