Lovely hotel with great service and located right in the heart of the city. We had a family room with a double and a single, large bathroom, coffee making area in a really spacious room. The room had air con or opening windows depending on your preference. Breakfast offered 3 different packages to suit everyone tastes. Turn right out the door and you're at the Naschmarkt full of restaurants, bars, fruit & clothing stalls. At the end of that road turn left to Karlsplatz underground or keep walking up to the opera ring and the shops and Hotel Sacher. Turn left out the door and you've got the museum quarter and beautiful local cuisine restaurants on spittleberg (recommended by one of the staff and well worth a visit) The staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly.

A nice comfortable hotel close to the naschmarkt with its shops, bars and restaurants. It is well situated for walking and using the metro to visit the many tourist attractions. The room was very spacious/clean and the breakfast experience was enjoyable. In the main, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and Vienna to other potential visitors and my wife and I plan to return in the near future.

A pleasant and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, ideal for a business trip.
Very friendly and helpful young staff, clean and comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated.
When I was booking I asked for a quiet room, overlooking the courtyard, and I got it.
Breakfast satisfies all your needs and is very good that you can choose from the cheapest to the more expensive (from around 6 euros to around 17 euros), adapted to each.
Best from:
walking distance from Museums (opposite the hotel are the most important museums), the entire center is recheable on foot, Danube river is twenty minutes on foot), U-bahn station (Karlsplatz, Musem Quartier, Volkstheater) or Viennese institution like the Naschmarkt (the main city open-air market): empire of food, spices, restaurants and of course the flea market on Saturday, one of the largest in Europe, just around the corner (2 minutes walk).
I recommend thid hotel to everyone, who want to have the most of the city. The hotel is not the cheapest, but it provides everything you need for business or leasure stay in one of the European capitals.

Room Tip: Choose a room, overlooking inner courtyard, they are quieter.

Stayed here for 5 nights in June 2014. Hotel is very convenient and only 5 minutes from the opera and 10 minutes from the Cathedral. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Well done

Room Tip: We had a room on first floor to the side which was OK

Love that it is located slightly away from inner stadt; only 7 mins train ride to many vienna main attractions. The room is unexpectedly large with a small walk in wardrobe. There's two of us and we have ample of space to perform yoga in that room together! (Despite having 3 luggage to fit in that room). Wifi is included and it works perfectly fine with no hiccups. Staff super friendly but not very knowledgeable enough to provide us with basic touristic guide that we have to figure it out ourselves. We skipped their breakfast as it was "so-so" but it's fine as that made us explore the restaurants nearby where we found some nice amazing food. Overall happy to have stayed here! No regrets!

I stayed only one night, was welcomed in friendly way but was too early to check in yet, so eft luggage to discover neighbourhood. You can find very close by subway and tram, but by walking you get rapidly close to most of the touristic quarters. I got quite large room, not looking that new however. room also had safebox, and bathroom was quite small compared to the siwe of the room. breakfast offered good choices, served on first floor, little views outside.
