I stayed at the 25Hours Hotel in Vienna with my girlfriend at the end of June for 2 nights. We stayed in one of the Ringmaster's Suites, and we had one with a very nice, large terrace.
The room was great, very clean and comfortable and with a lot of character akin to a very relaxing and fun weekend. The terrace was fantastic, and a lovel place to sit outside listening to music and enjoying a drink.
The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly, chatty and helpful, and you can tell they are all proud of the success the hotel is seeing, and I hope this continues.
As in the title, I really hope to come back to this hotel in the future.
Thanks for helping us to have a great weekend.

this hotel is quirky, friendly and each room has wonderful facilities with kitchenette, separate toilet, shower room - more suites than rooms. It is centrally located, very close to the Museum Quarter and good restaurants. The bar, on the top floor of the hotel is comfortable and a lovely place to end each day, sitting on the terrace and having a drink overlooking the city. You must go to this hotel if you are in Vienna.

Room Tip: ask for a room overlooking the city

Fantastic views, beautiful terrace (10 out of 10 for terrace) and bar on top of the building. Nice bathroom, pillows not very good. Lacks room service and restaurant until next stage of development. Breakfast is good although minimal with good coffee. Can get noisy at night. A bit boring to get bags up as not good access until they renovate the rest of the building. Worth staying for the terrace!!

Room Tip: Ask for a city view.

We lived here about 3 nights and my friend loves this hotel, very cozy and roomy. It gave you a feeling of home, especially after a 6-days trip. It really helps you settle down in Wien and let you relax. We asked for a panoramic town view L-suite room (119 euro per night) by arriving earlier and waiting about 3 hours.

The hotel can be easily seen but hardly found its reception. I don't like the sandy path outside the hotel building which made my luggage dirty. Actually it seems the hotel was built on the top of a student accommodation and only has 3 floors. Reception is in the top floor the building and can be reached by taking lift to DG2.

Positive: room is decorated very trendy. Lavatory and shower are separated. As a girl, I like the shower room which is very bright.

Negative: the cleaner didn't change our towels even if I put them on the floor and they didn't vacuum the room since we brought a lot sand from outside path into the room. As a four star hotel, no free instant coffee and tea bags, and gym facilities, would be a shame. Moreover, there are no English reading stuff, including menu. We both don't understand German. If I don't read the reviews here, I wouldn't know the breakfast will provide scrambled eggs and maybe other cooked food. Breakfast cost 16 euro each per day so do let the cute male staff who speaks English very well to explain the menu, if you don't know German at all. The hotel may have bike rental but I didn't check this.

Safety: We are concerned about the safety problem since the front door of DG1 towards every suite can be easily pulled open without touching the room card. The gate of the entrance is always open for every guest to the pub in the top terrance and there are no security men.
