If you stay here definitely you will enjoy the hotel design but not the services.... The reception isn't take reponsibility on customer request.... My aircon is broken but the reception just not get back to me... I paid for the suit but I couldn't sleep....

Room Tip: Not the room on 7floor

This place is Unbelievable!!! I can never forget my stay here. It was an awesome experience to be a guest of this wonderful property. Property is stunning and can make anyone crazy. From the moment we reached the place, to the time we left, the service and facilities were excellent. A single thing about this place cannot be left without any mark of appreciation. I will definitely visit this place again.

I recently did a Europe trip with my friend and we stayed at 25hours for our Vienna stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect but he greatest part of this hotel was the view from the rooftop bar. It was absolutely breathtaking and attracts not only travelers but locals too.

My only negatives - the rooms were quite small and you could see into the shower from the bed (there was just a glass pane, no wall) which was a little odd.

Overall, we had a great experience and would stay at 25hours again for our next Vienna trip.

We were very lucky, cause got our room right at 7 am when we arrived from the airport, we didn't expected entering it earlier 3 p.m. I liked the staff at the reception - always friendly and with a smile - advised us good places to dine, the best way to get to any place, booked us tables in restaurants. The room we had was the smallest (M), but there was enough space and facilities fot us. The bed is very comfortable, but early in the morning (even in May) it was getting quite stuffy,we had to switch-on AC, which is pretty noisy ...
Very stylish and cosy room, great design details in it - the wall above the bed, knitted lamp, pillows with funny slogans. We also liked the modern and high-quality bathroom, with excellent fixtures and a window to the room.
Free bicycles Electra were a nice plus, which you could take if you have no one ahead :)
The location of the hotel is excellent - just minutes from the metro (line 2 and 3), 10 minutes from the Museum Quarter with its unique atmosphere, as well as the Rathaus and Hofburg.
Dachboden is an excellent bar with outstanding view over the city. We managed to get there on Wednesday for a party with a DJ, but also on other days - the atmosphere in the bar is awesome, besides alcoholic drinks DO try Samova teas, which are amazing!
We didn't try breakfast in the hotel, preferring to have breakfast somewhere in the city, but we've heard a lot nice review of it.
Honestly, we do not see any minuses in the hotel and want so much to come back to try other rooms in a gorgeous Vienna!
Please, do visit their site to understand where you're going to stay before you go :)

Check in and welcome: the hotel cooperates with a parking garage nearby, where you receive a special rate; the check in staff was really slow and unmotivated, we arrived at 2:30 pm and expected our room to be ready - although the reception staff said, our room was ready, we were not allowed to move into our room; after some discussions, we received two vouchers for beverages for our waiting time at the restaurant (we also had to argue with the waitress to receive the drinks), after half an hours, we received our room keys
M Room: the carpet floors to the rooms were dirty; the decor of the room is a bit too playful - they tried too hard to seem cool; the mattress could be of better quality, but was ok, the bathroom is spacious enough; the light concept is a bit annoying - you have to close the writing desk (were you have usually things laying around) to turn off the lights completely, no cupboard available
Dachboden / bar: nice view from the rooftop, very friendly staff, good teas and wine by the glass; the guests are relatively young and seem a bit eco
Breakfast: good variety of food and drinks, cappuccino was very good, they even offered prosecco, we expected more from the Kaiserschmarren - it was instant
Location: very good - right between first and seventh disctrict next to the Museumsquartier
Check out: different to our check in, our check out went smooth and fast
Resume: Indifferent, although we are just in our thirties, we are a bit to old for this hotel concept

Best place for a short stay in vienna as it allows you to see many landmarks within walking distance but also, it's right round the corner from Volkstheater U-bahn station which is on some of the main underground lines of the city. Although we had the smaller room, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was relatively spacious however, the rooms DO get very hot at night - we had to sleep with the window wide open to get some fresh air and even then, it was still warm! So they might have to replace the very thick duvet they have. The receptionists - although friendly - were also a bit too laid-back with most requests we had. For example, they didnt seem to have any recommendations on where to eat (maybe to encourage people to eat at the hotel restaurant). When I asked about somewhere to eat in the Spittelberg area (which is literally down the road), a male receptionists laughed and told me it was miles away... and then got embarrassed when I pointed it to him on the map. Also we had asked for a reservation at a restaurant the next day and when we asked to confirm, the other receptionist admitted that her colleague had not actually made a booking! so these are little things that could be improved.
The bar upstairs - Dachboden - is great especially on Wednesday nights with DJ Hermes playing swing and rock n roll hits, with lots of couples dancing away and the view is breathtaking too. The breakfast was also something to look forward to every morning, with lots of choice and fresh ingredients and great cappuccino too! The free bikes on offer are an added plus - we had a great day cycling around the city! I recommend it highly.

Me and my family (four people total) rented two double-rooms for a long weekend and... well, everything has perfectly gone. They gave us a normal room on the inner courtyard side for me and my brother and a big, very cool room with balcony for my parents - as i asked by email, so totally pleased!
The full coloured and circus style design could look a bit young-guests oriented, and for sure it is, but also a pretty old man as my father - used to classical style and high level hotels - had to admit that everything in the 25hours is high standard though: from the soaps to the beds, from the modern shower to the courtesy of the reception.

The position is pretty good, 4 mins far from the Metro station (lines 2 and 3), and 10 mins walking both from Hofburg complex and the Rathaus.

Last but not least, the bar on the roof: beautiful view above the city, is really worth the 25hours choice!

The only inconvenience concerns the bed linen... the rooms are REALLY warm, and a summer linen would be better.... i had to sleep with the window opened (in may) and woke up at 5 a.m. to close it, when the temperature became pretty cold. But maybe, just my own experience.
