Excellent hotel - great location beside a park and all attraction within easy walking distance. Decor is quirky, bed very comfy and all the hotel is spotless very clean. Very efficient and friendly staff on reception, in the bar and restaurant. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Hello Christine W

Biggest thank you for being our guest, for sharing your feedback and for recommending us to future travellers! It is good to read that you had a great time.

Our goal is to make you feel almost home, great that our staff, the decor and the cleanliness could make you feel that way.

Our doors are always open for you,

Rooms were modern and tidy. The hotel's circus/modern design was very cool. The rooftop bar was one of the nicer bars we went to in Vienna that had locals coming to it regularly. Free bike rentals and a location close to everything you need in Vienna.

Hello Scott

Thank you for the highscore! We enjoy reading you had a good time with us.

You are right, our bar is a hotspot for both, locals and visitors. No one can get enough from our views (and drinks ;)). Did you know the Monkey Bar at 25hours Bikini Berlin has been voted for the best bar in Europe in 2015? Make sure to pop by when in Berlin.

It would be great to see you again, no matter if in Vienna or in any of our other locations.

All the best,

Christian Kölling

This is a nice hipster hotel. It’s well-located near the MQ (Museum district) as well as a variety of restaurants. It’s a farther walk to the main tourist area around St. Stephen’s church, but doable. The rooms are compact, attractive, and quiet. Our room faced on a blank courtyard. Unfortunately, there was no closet/drawer space and only two coat hooks on the wall, so I had to keep everything in my suitcase.

The front desk was well-staffed and friendly. There are attractive shared areas, like the lobby and the rooftop bar with a view. The breakfast buffet is great, with an extensive selection of food and good service. However, when we came for dinner, the restaurant service was either understaffed or uninterested, and I would not recommend it.

Hello deepcover

Thanks for being our guest and for letting others know about your experience - we appreciate it. We are happy you loved most parts of your stay.

We focus on our public shared areas as social hubs and want our guests to include them in their guest experience. It's great to see how visitors and locals merge there, right?

Concerning your visit to the restaurant I am sorry to read it was not how it is supposed to be. This is definitely not a standard experience :(.

However we would like to see you again and show you more of the 25hours world.

Kind regards,

Chrisitan Kölling

It was my first time at this hotel, and the initial booking was for three nights. When we checked in, we wanted to make changes to our reservation. The hotel manager was understanding and responsive to our needs. In the end, we stayed four nights in the XL room. It was an excellent choice! A few things were not exactly pleasing here. The shower curtain does not cover the whole shower area, for example, which means there is little privacy. Also, there is no room service. But overall, my stay here was pleasant and enjoyable. Customer service was excellent! Special thanks to Roman Krüger, the hotel manager, for his undivided attention and service to our needs during our stay. Thumbs up!

Room Tip: XL rooms are bigger and have big balconies

Hello Yorg30

Thanks a lot for being our guest and for staying even longer than planned! The XL rooms are really worth going for.

You are right, there are a few things different than in other hotels! We do not offer room service for example, but lots of other nice touches like boom boxes and Freitag bags on your room just like free bikes and MINIs. However, you can still take any meals up to your room if you don't feel like eating in company.

It is great to read Roman did all he can to make you feel almost home. I will gladly pass your compliments to him.

It would be great to see you again,

Christian Kölling

Really enjoyed our four night stay here- we were the oldesr guests by at least 25 years! We loved the themed circus rooms and the decor generally was very funky! We ate in the restaurants twice and enjoyed both meals of pasta and pizza. All the staff were helpful and present. They happily brought us xtra coat hangers and lent is adaptors too. The hotel is very handy - a stroll from the Musum Quarter, the Big Bus stops, trams and a variety of ahops and restaurants. We eapecially loved the sweets on rexeption and regularly passed through with a handful! The room rate was flxible and varied from nightto night. Excellent rooms with comfy beds, bedding and pillows. Worth a visit.

Room Tip: Trams run past the side of the hotel.
