... are the rooms (thematically and stylistically unique!), new and clean. The staff: always great, uncomplicated and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent (may be not in terms of variety but definitely in quality) and one is served like in a good restaurant. :) The hotel is located quite close to the city center and for this offers really good prices.

We stayed at Hotel Shermin for 4 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. I had a hard time determining a good location to stay in Vienna as I was not familiar with the city. This is definitely a great location. Located a 5 minute walk to the Nacshmarket and 5 minutes to the opera house and other tourist attractions. We rented bikes from a station close to the hotel and biked everywhere else. It's impossible to be close to everything in the city as it is more spread out.

The rooms were huge with high ceilings and great decor. There was also nice toiletries included which was nice. The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No hot options, but it did the trick. We paid about $100 per night and found this well worth the price given the other options. Parking was free on weekends and 10 euro per day on the street. Great hotel I definitely recommend it!

You cannot fault this small charming hotel and you feel as if you are the only person in the place. It does have an apartment feel about it which adds to the experience.
Breakfast was excellent and free wifi also.
My only problem was a large family who took up most of the breakfast room and as usual parents will not make their kids sit down, but this is not the hotels fault. Cant wait to stay again.

A nice, clean, spacious B&B close to the Vienna city centre. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with our early arrival and departure. The room and 4 beds worked well for the 4 of us (2 kids). A great location, with a 5 minute walk to the subway or 5 minute tram ride / 10 minute walk to the ring / city centre. A bit noisy outside and pretty warm during the summer, but highly recommended.

Thank you for your charming review, we looking forward seeing your again. We try hard to improve, sorry about the lift, the house owner thinks about this for 20 years ;-), but we plan an aircondition for next summer.

Special and charming hotel. Interesting decoration. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Excellent location near Karlsplatz (several metro and tram lines), only a few minutes to walk, so it is easy to access even by foot some main atractions of Vienna. Two restaurants just at the entrance of the hotel and a supermarket in front of it. Reasonable price for this location in Vienna. The only problem is the stairs to the first floor of the building which could be difficult to some people, and also no aircondition which could help a lot in hot summer days. But besides that I would highly recommend. We will return for sure.
