The ticket sellers are saying a lot of things but there are 2 places where the concert takes place. In winter its in Beethovenplatz 1 and in summer in Palais Eschenbach. I watched the one in the Palais Eschenbach and these are the facts;
- The room is for around 200 people, looks nice and is well air conditioned but it is not a Palace. The name is deceiving; still a nice historic room built in 1872; its a nice big over 200m2 room thats in a building which I suggest that you go and see before buying tickets.
- The orchestra is only 10 people and they are good, well the one I listened to was more than good. Do not expect a large stage but even if you have a seat in the middle you get a good view.
- It is for tourist and you may expect to see 2 people dancing and 2 people singing opera. Its 90 minutes of classical music and to make it fun they have added those. Dancers and singers are good but they are just supplements to the music, they are not the main point of interest.
- If you are a professional you may complain but if you want to have good time and listen to good music you will be satisfied.
- Do not get the dinner or the seats on the front, bargain and get seats in the middle for around €40. It will be well spent.
