You can go to palace and other place easily, location is good.
Free wifi is provided .
The most wonderful thing of the hotel is the breakfast, it is absolutely wonderful and great.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless. We found the staff all very pleasant and courteous. The hotel did, in our opinion, lack character. It was a great base for Schonbrunn Palace complex, however outside of the hotel, besides at The palace complex, there is absolutely no where to eat. There were more families at the hotel than I had expected, given it's style and location. The restaurant seemed fine, not too expensive, but along with other eateries in Vienna did not offer much by way of vegetarian options. The underground station is a ten minute walk from the hotel and offered a fast service into the centre. The breakfast choice is good, the quality also good, but at 19 euros a little pricey, especially if you only have a light breakfast.
There are electronically operated shutters at the windows which can make the room feel claustrophobic when closed. Overall I would recommend this hotel to those who like the modern, more clinical style of hotel and are happy to use the underground to get to the city. Ps the air on was very good.

This hotel ignited misery within me from the moment I walked in. $75-per-night rate on Expedia suddenly went up $20 once I arrived. They take a €50 / $67 deposit from you at the front desk. There are no rooms with just one king or queen bed. All the rooms have two twin beds squished together. You can't rent movies in the room. The lights didn't work properly in my room. There was other people's hair everywhere in the bathroom. Customer service was horrible. Felt like I was talking to teenagers working at their first job ever. Food is overpriced. My bowl of cereal and cup of coffee is €19 / $26. The location is crappy. The only reason why I gave this place two stars instead of just one is because the two bartenders were awesome and very good at their jobs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again. Just not a pleasant experience. At all.

My wife and I stayed at Park Royal Palace (PRP) for multiple days in late July and enjoyed our stay. I'll try to be fairly brief and offer some pros and cons that are as follows:

Pros: Very good breakfast, rather helpful front desk staff that speaks English quite well, large and clean rooms with a/c, good proximity to the Schonbrunn Palace, nice park very nearby for jogging, close to the tram and a 10 minute walk to the faster U-bahn (subway). The area was quiet and we felt safe walking to and from the hotel during the day and at night.

Cons: Aside from the proximity to the Schonbrunn Palace this hotel is not in the city center so getting around requires public transit. The free, in-room wifi is a bit slow. The modern decor inside the lobby, restaurant, and rooms is urban cool but, in my opinion, it feels a bit corporate.

Bottomline: We had a pleasant stay without any hiccups but I don't feel a huge need to return to PRP. Provided there wasn't a heat wave (read hotel with a/c) and if the cost was equal or less, next time I might look for a hotel a bit closer to Vienna's center.

Just arrived from Hotel Park Royal Palace in Vienna. Wonderfull hotel, we got a suite (459) with view to Gloriette. Big terrasse, free minibar, 60 m2 room, with a big bathroom, we have never seen such a bathroom before. Breakfast is absolutely great, ask for a omelett, the best I ever have at hotels. Free lounge, with non alcoholic drinks, cola, juice, ice tea and more. Cake and food (a litte bit small size) and coffe and tea. Sometime the coffeamachine have no milk! But all in all a wonderfull !

Room Tip: Excetutive suite with view to Schönnbrunn Castle!

Good hotel. Good service. Huge reception area. Very attractively decorated. The window shutters reacted to sunlight to close or open and kept the room at a good temperature even with the window open. The terrace beside the bar was a pleasant place to sit in the evening. Very close to the Palace. Good transport links into the city centre.

I stayed in a suite for five days on a business trip to Vienna in July 2014. The suites are really well appointed and spacious. The hotel is very clean and service was good; from some reviews it is a bit hit and miss with whether staff are happy and smiling, but I found no problem in asking them to do anything for you. I was ill while there and the hotel staff were really good about getting a doctor in and the kitchen helped with special food. The breakfast is great and the hotel is a nice walk to public transport.

Room Tip: The suites are very reasonable priced for what you get.
