After getting away our preceding places to stay in Salzburg ( glimpse other review) we were attached for some accomodationIn Vienna. After doing some buzzing round we organised to get a suite at the Kaiserhof. The greeting is very pleasant and well presented. Our room was not rather prepared so we had some lightweight midday meal in the bar area. We had a very good lightweight midday meal here, the food was very sensibly priced. Suite was gigantic, very clean, well presented. Has a table, couch, and large Plasma television which was attached to the identical dimensions computer display that was in the bedroom. The bathing room was furthermore gigantic, encompassed a multiheaded wash, and a spa.The bedroom was furthermore very well nominated with the most comfort bed we had arrive across. Breakfast was a gigantic buffet activity, encompassing champagne, and a gigantic assortment of juice extracts, freezing meats, cereals and breads. The Hotel furthermore has a little gym and a Sauna. The sauna was particulary good.

I can't imagine staying at a better hotel in Vienna than the Kaiserhof. The hotel was right off a main street so noise was never a factor. It's located a very short walk to the Ring.
Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was abundant and with many choices The hotel does not have a restaurant per sec, but you can get a light meal in the bar area.
Thanks to all who took the time to write a review as it definitely influenced my decision. I concur with all other positive reviews!

We stayed at the Corinthia in Budapest ,at hotel General in Prague and at hotel Muguet in Paris and all of them had internet that was not stopped after two days.We arrived at the hotel on my birthday and no comments was made about it even if they asked our passport. It is not a big deal but in Prague and Budapest they offered us a glass of wine.We have appreciated this hotel overall but for the price if they could pay attention to some minor details, they would not be rated 9th on trip advisor but maybe in the first three.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It is just outside "The Ring" but within walking distance to many major attractions. The breakfast buffet is delicious, plentiful and full of variety including eggs, bacon and sausage (for those longing for some American foods) and served in a beautiful room. Afternoon and evening small meals can be had in the lounge/bar area. The rooms are spacious, quiet and bright. The staff is eager to serve and very friendly. The exterior of the building does not portray the beauty of the interior and because it is located on a side street, you can get a good nights rest.

Stayed here for five nights and loved it. Every staff member, from the reception, to breakfast, to bar and cleaning staff, were friendly, always smiling and courteous. Staff went out of their way to provide assistance, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The breakfasts are fantastic - tip - if you want an expresso, capuccino etc with your breakfast just ask for it, they are happy to provide it and there is no charge - otherwise they may assume you want filter coffee. The room was wonderfully quiet, great furnishings, comfortable, clean, lots of natural light. Lovely building, really enjoyed the bar area to relax in over a drink and nibbles. Front desk staff arranged a day trip to Bratislava in Slovakia which was great, and taxi pickup to airport. Everything ran smoothly. Can't recommend it highly enough. This was the best hotel in our travels in Vienna and Germany.

The Kaiserhof was our splurge Hotel for four nights throughout a 3 week journey to Austria. It's a little family method hotel with five Star finishes and services. The beds are fabulous, the rooms bigger than mean and the bathrooms generous. The staffs couldn't be more expert and friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and assisted in a well coordinated morning meal room. The Hotel established in a little road inside walking street. To be missed know-how and position for very good and cheap repasts in little asian cafes and fish restaurants. Although it charges more than the mean allowance Hotel, we believe it was worth every euro.

Our travel agent sold us on the hotel and promised that it was different than the American Best western Hotel chains and she was right. We were pleasantly surprised by the Kaiserhof. Everything was as promised and more: every concierge was helpful and knowledgeable, the breakfast had something delicious for every taste, the rooms clean and comfortable. The location was just outside of the ring and necessitated a short walk at times, but it was also about 2 short blocks from the subway. Overall a very good choice.
