We booked this hotel a week before we intended to stay. We had toured throughout Austria changing locations every day. Our trip had gone well and when we arrived in Vienna we were extremely excited to pass all the attractions we wanted to see and they were all on the doorstep of the Graben. We had chosen the Graben for its excellent location. However when we arrived we were told there was a booking problem and they were moving us to another hotel over a mile away. We were extremely frustrated but basically told tough, there is no room here . We got sent to the Regina where the owners believe that giving you someone else's used coffee and milk is acceptable. There was no management the whole time we were there apparently and when I complained to the familly owners they said sorry. That was it. They clearly have no concept of customer service. I would advise not staying at either of these 2 hotels , they have no concept of customer service. They just think they can treat you how they like and sorry makes it alright. Booking .com who we booked it through have offered compensation even though it was not their fault and there customer service was excellent.
