As other reviewers have said, the hotel is quiet and close to public transport and not too far from the city centre. The bed was comfortable, the room more than adequate in size, TV channel selection good and thee was a number of good cheap local shops to get food and drink from should you want it. When I was there the staff were always helpful and were very nice and check in and out were a breeze. I decided to shell out on the in room wifi, so I didn't have to sit in the lobby. I found that the speed was pretty decent for hotel wifi and had no complaints there. The aircon worked like a dream keeping the oppressive heat in Vienna during my stay at bay. There were some things that could be improved, the room I was in was looking a bit tired in places with the carpet a bit worn and the shower curtain needed replacing. There was no fridge to store cool drinks , nor any way to make hot ones. If there was a room safe I didn't see it. Finally beware when reaching for the rolls in the restaurant. I did this one lunchtime and what I assumed were seeds on the roll, were actually insects that flew off. Overall a good, if a little pricey hotel, needs a little bit of work to become great.
