We stayed at this hotel last year for 2 nights it was comfortable and with good staff then,
So decided too spend 4 days sight seeing in Vienna and staying at the hotel again, although it is some way out of the city set in a quiet residential area the transport links are superb and very cheap (72 hr unlimited travel ticket which covers all U bahn,S bahn, tram & bus services within the city costs 14.50 euros per person ) so travel is very quick and easy to use, although if it is your first time in Vienna a good transport map is essential. But back to the hotel there must be a few new staff in the reception area as they did not seem so efficient as they where on our first visit.
The room which we had booked had a useful little kitchen area and small balcony and was at the rear of the hotel overlooking the garden. The air conditioning needs updating as it is very weak!. Nice coffee shop which we used for breakfast as the hotel breakfast although excellent was expensive (15.00 euros each).

The hotel bar opens 20.00 until 03.00 am and a word of warning if you do not smoke. SMOKING
IS ALLOWED in the bar as it measures below 50 sq metres ( strange rule!)
There is a restaurant called " Zum Clement" I have decided to review this in the restaurant section of Trip Advisor as the service is superb.

Room Tip: you can only book apartments if you stay over 4 days. T.he rooms at the front tend to be a little mo...

A nice hotel away from the city center but within easy reach by car and /or tramway. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk (or faster by tram) from Grinzing, a lively wine tavern area of Vienna surrounded by forests and vineyards (northwest of Vienna). The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and convenient (although there is only one hour of free Internet per day).

This is a superb hotel. Lives up to its 4* rating. Staff were very helpful, rooms excellent - breakfast well organised and first rate. My stay in this hotel was very pleasant.
Cannot comment on Swimming pool or fitness centre as I did not have time to use them.
Would certainly recommend to any traveller.

staying 2 nights with a coach party. Arrived evening time rooms okay. Went down for dinner - what a disappointment!! Soup to start tasted like oxo, followed by chunks of chicken(like the frozen type)in a runny sauce with watery potato and horrible small mixed up veg(frozen type again) then for sweet a slither of Ice-cream. After this we went into the bar - it was small and dark and filled with cigerette smoke. We bought our beers and sat in the foyer area. On the plus side the public transport into the city centrewas very good. The second night we ate out. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Situated in a nice residential neighborhood, it is easily accessible via public transport. It is about 20 minutes to the Inner Stadt (City Center) so you do need to plan. The rooms were a good size. I had a double room. it contained a fridge, stove top and ample storage. It is listed as a 4 star hotel, but I found that a stretch. The soap/shampoo was on a squeeze bottle mounted on the shower wall. Perhaps this qualifies as a 4 star in Austria, but I was surprised. There was no visable concierge, but then again I didn't ask for one. The Breakfast room was adequate, but not especially outstanding. The spa was quiet, but the jaccuzi has been filled in and plastic plants sit on top of it now.

I was only there for one night, joining friends & colleagues who were there for several nights while attending an international music festival. The hotel seemed to be efficiently run, with friendly staff & good facilities. The bar area is quite small, however, as we found when we wanted to celebrate after the festival concert (music teachers are party animals!). We stayed in the 2nd foyer, rather than the bar, because of smokers polluting the air in there, and seating was quite limited. On the positive side, they let a large group, including music students who were not residents, store their luggage safely until they left for the airport. Public transport links are very good & convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent, leaving me with a very positive impression overall.

Room Tip: I was located at the front of the building, right on the main road, but heard no traffic noise.

The room was very old-fashioned and could have done with refurbishment, other than that the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and our stay was very nice. The only downside to the hotel that would put me off staying there again is its location.
