“Great chilling zone”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

The courtyard of the old imperial stables is a wonderful setting for resting after visiting one or more of the museums housed here. The Leopold is unmissable. The various cafes that surround the courtyard are all good.

Really cool quarter of museums, full of pubs, nice restaurants, and squares where one could relax with a beer with some friends or visit some locals. expecially nice in summer when they put this kind of plastic couch outside

“A beautiful space”
Reviewed 27 July 2014 via mobile

I visited the fascinating Klimt and Schiele exhibition at the Leopold Museum. In the light of the current interest about the British involvement in WW1, it was interesting and moving to visit an exhibition covering 1914-1918 entitled "And yet there was art".

I also had delicious (and very reasonably priced) meals at two of the Museumsquartier's restaurants.

“Nice Place with a lot museums, activities and places to relax.”
Reviewed 26 July 2014

Went only to the Leopold museum which was great. The courtyard of the open Museum Quarter was a nice spot with fountains, lots of activities for kids, outdoor cafes, and places the locals were using the relax. We did not have enough time in Vienna or would have been back to visit more of the museums.
