I am staying in this hotel as I write and chose it after seeing other reviews on here. I was a little reluctant to be honest as I am a business traveller and used to staying in larger 5 star Hilton-Radisson type hotels so was wondering what it would be like
Firstly its a smallish cosy hotel.Nicely situated 100 meters from a tube station and with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. My 1st night I found a restaurant called 3/4 (three quarters) just up the road and its great, have been going there every night! Thoroughly recommend it
In this hotel there is no restaurant but a little bar off the lobby. They have a dining room for breakfast which is nice. A good selection of breads and meats, fruits cereals and all the usual buffet style breakfast. No complaints there...
I will say the room is a little small, with two low single beds pushed together, but its nice and cosy and love the room, a 22" lcd tv in the corner, a small reasonable priced mini-bar. The bathroom is a bit 1980's but functional, reliable and fast wi-fi
All in all its a nice place, more geared up for your "long weekend away" type hotel than a full blown business hotel, but a pleasant stay, great location, and cosy. i would def stay here on my next visitMore
