multilingual front desk staff, immaculate rooms, lots of space in rooms, our suite even had a Boesendorf piano in it, if you play they will provide the key to it. lots of room, quiet location. Easy to get around Vienna once you get the idea how the system works. Both trams and buses as well as U Bahn (subways) will be explained to you. They give you a card maybe 8x8 with local restaurants on it.
The breafas was the best we have had on our 6 week European tour.
Afer 4 PM free hot tea and cake provided, multiple newspapers available and an umbrella if it is raining outside We felt pampered.
concert tickets were procured for us, but of course if you want to the Opera and it's a famous one better do your work on the Internet before arriving.

Room Tip: We only saw two, both looked excellent and quiet. I'ts an old building with thick walls CAVEAT not all rooms have AC as yet if you go in mid-summer ask.

We stayed 4 nights in this nice Vienna SLH style hotel, living in the wonderful Otto Suite, which has a simply astonishing terrace overlooking the city. We really felt like home, in one of the most trendy, stylish and interesting areas in Vienna, Spittelberg and The Museum Quartier. Breakfasts were marvelous and so the tea-breaks at 5 in the afternoon. The Concierge service, from perfectly english speaking female personnel, was extremely kind and friendly, and most of all professional.

Congratulations for the nice hotel, good breakfast and warm hospitality! Good position close to the historical city center and not so far from Vienna international Aiport. Recommend this hotel to anyone will be in Vienna!

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews on tripadvisor, we always prefer a boutique style or independent hotel to the larger chains, and we were not disappointed.
Excellent check in, staff speak very good English and a lovely standard room; we were in the mezzanine room 24 I think with red walls and a gold ceiling and a great piece of art I called the 'Happy Horse'. It faced the church opposite and I was worried about the potential noise from the street but this was not a problem with the double glazed windows. The bedroom was pretty large for European standards and the bathroom was massive and spotlessly clean, I think the young lady showed us the room said it had been refurbished recently.
The location was excellent, quiet residential area, 5 mins walk to Museum quarter and trams and underground which we used quite a lot, it was a doddle with one ticket you can use on bus, tram or underground.
Breakfast was also amazing, an excellent choice every morning. I had let the hotel know in advance that I was gluten free and I had my own little basket of gluten free rolls every morning, much better than the usual cardboard gluten free bread you get.
We also ate out both nights at restaurants the hotel recommended, both were excellent
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend, it ticked all the boxes for us and we're very picky usually
