Very reasonable priced, apartment style accommodation - it is really good. Very well located with a metro stop at the end of the street and a small supermarket close by. You can completely self cater or have breakfast in the Pension. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it had all you need to enjoy your stay - TV, comfortable beds, kitchen with pots and pans etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: The apartment section does not have a lift so request lowest level possible if travelling with older...

A great place to stay very near to the heart of Vienna. A quick walk to the Museum Quartier and to some key shopping districts. Plenty of great restaurants and bars a quick walk a way. The price comes with great service and a great location, well worth checking out!!

Have been to many hotels over the years but this one rates as the best I have had the pleasure to visit. Excellent staff, more an apartment than a single room hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

Nothing fancy about it. A nice, simple pension near the center of the city. Extremely nice in the winter time. If you're looking to see the city center side is the perfect place. Reception staff are really friendly, ready to help you with anything you might need.

The free parking area is a really good opportunity for car travelers like us.
The room was little(because we taked little) without airconditionate and fridge, but it is useful anyway.
Breakfast is exelent.

We stayed in this pension hotel in May 2013. It is good value, clean, quiet and a central location. The reception staff are great and so helpful. The breakfast was fresh and included cereals, fruit, bread, ham, cheese, juices and coffee. Well catered. We used the tram which was close by and enabled us to see the attractions of the city and also go out to Grinzing Village.
When we left we caught the tram to the Railway Station which was two stops (including a changeover) dropping you right out the front - easy!

This hotel does not have all the bells and whistles, and does not provide a full service, but what it has is of a high standard and the services it does provide it provides well.

We booked for a double and were provided with a very spacious apartment. The rooms were in a modern style well maintained and more than adequately furnished. We had a large sitting/dining area, a large kitchenette with numerous cupboards, cooker, microwave oven kettle and cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking implements suitable for 4 people. There was a WC with hand basin and a separate large shower room - or more correctly wet room.

Internet access is available but there are no sports facilities

Breakfast is provided but no other meals. The breakfast is of the continental buffet style with a varied collection of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, breads and fruit with scrambled eggs as the hot option. The food and hot and cold drinks are constantly kept in good order and tables are kept clean.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Peter, who is probably the manager is very helpful and speaks good English.

The rooms and general area are kept very clean and the state of internal decoration is excellent.

The hotel desk is not manned at all hours.

To be in the centre of the city you would need a hotel in district 1 - these tend to be very expensive. The Pharmador is approximately 20 minutes walk from the central area, but there is a frequent tram service which runs quite late into the evening. There is also an underground train service quite close to the hotel.

There is a frequent fast bus service from the airport to Westbarnhof which is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

There is a main shopping street just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

This is a small hotel without all the facilities of a larger establishment, but what it does have is of a high quality, clean and well maintained with cheerful helpful staff. Note that the staff are not on duty 24 hours a day.

Room Tip: Apartments 202, 203 and 204, do not have a lift and there are something like 50 steps to climb to re...
