I can not describe the meals we had in all accuracy, but the salmon and the pork medallions were just out of this world.
Floor staff (only 2 men) absolutely old school professionals, multilingual and friendly. The restaurant is clean, tidy and has a great atmosphere. They even catered for our 3 year old! Danke vielmals!

Thank Beantester

This place is odd, and its certainly overrated. The service and presentation are very good here. The staff is attentive and friendly, and seated us promptly for our reservation. We came for a fixed priced New Years Menu and it was strange, the staff seemed to know all the patrons there. Kind of unusual, they must have a lot regulars?

Their menu seems ambitious but the execution was bland and uninspired. This was our most expensive meal (200 USD for two) in 2 weeks in Europe and it was by far the worst value.

I would avoid at all costs.

Very different and delicious fusion menu, we had the highly recommended duck and it was incredible! Also tried the Yellow Fin Tuna which was a seasonal special, absolutely perfect. Our waiter was so lovely and recommended perfect wine matches for our dishes (the wines are mostly Hungarian and we were a little lost!).
The only feedback I would give is that they had slightly too little staff for the number of tables and likewise only one toilet for the entire restaurant.

This place is fusion kitchen + Hungarian vines... Owner and staff are Hungarian and thus the vines... We have learned how great Hungarian vines became over last few years! ;-) Talk to the bartender about your vine taste and he will work with you to find your favorite vine among these that they have.

They offered the Christmas-time tasting menu and I loved it... With a small suggestion that -- for such heavy food -- somewhat lighter dessert would be better.

I am not sure if the menu items come back during non-Christmas time, so let me just say that the rack of lamb (form New Zealand) was superb!

Definitely will be back there -- next time in Vienna.

My favourite meal in Vienna - not only because of the delicious food but also the wonderful service. There were 8 of us eating and the waiter was extremely attentive - taking the time to explain all of the meals and drink options to us. I had the Salmon which was AMAZING (it comes in a coconut sauce) and the rest of the group had goulash soup / duck and pork and said it was great. We also had cocktails (the pomegranate martini was delicious!) wine and beer - all of which were excellent value for money.

I'd definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Vienna.
