Description: Seasonal dishes with Mediterranean influences and a cuisine aimed at getting the best possible taste out of every ingredient: at the restaurant "Edvard", awarded with one Michelin star and 16 Gault-Millau points. The careful selection of products is equally important as the harmonic combination of all components to a complete dish. In addition: a wine menu, rousing the guest with a new appetite and a fresh atmosphere, created for leaning back.

First critique ..... shame it was so quiet. Surprisingly so for a Thursday evening.

But ...... the food the service the wine, everything was soooo good.

The celery with truffles starter was sublime and the main course of lamb was just amazing. By far the best lamb we have ever eaten, at the time we described it as the wagyu beef of lamb. Simply delicious.

Everything about the meal was good and Tobias looked after us so well.

If you get the chance, please do go there. You will not regret it.

“Dining in”
Reviewed 31 August 2013

We ate here on our first night at the hotel for convenience, the food was good and the service excellent, more fine dining than bistro but good value overall.

Everything is perfect here, from the fresh light decor to the service and of course the food. To by deserves a special mention for his service, relaxed yet professional. His wine recommendations can be totally relied upon. Enjoy!

“Brilliant food. Fantastic experience.”

Last night of a week in Vienna. Try new restaurant. As good as any Michelin 3 hat experience. All courses were amazingly prepared and delicious. Thoroughly recommended. Eat here before it becomes impossible to get in :-)

“Luxurious and attentive service”
Reviewed 14 May 2013

Luxurious and not at all stuffy. Extremely attentive staff.
Wide range of wines from all over the world - but the local ones were great.
Very modern "haute cuisine" and very tasty. The rabbit with carrot was very tender and tasteful. Venison with asparagus (in season) and spiced medlar was to die for.
And the deconstructed rice pudding with caramelised apples was perfect.
There was no cheese selection on the menu, and with no fuss they brought one in a few minutes.
Expensive but worth every penny!
