Hotel is in excellent central location.One can walk to almost all major tourist attractions.Friendly and very helpful staff. Small room and modestly furnished with old furniture. Far and expensive parking.
Recommended at this hotel who want to visit Vienna on foot.
It is a hotel that is priced right for what it offers.
We stayed there for the 3 nights around New Years Eve and we really enjoyed our stay in Terminus hotel. The rooms are cozy and new, and the most important of all, they are perfectly clean. Despite the cold weather outside, the rooms were warm and comfortable.
There is everyday cleaning service and the towels are being changed every day, also. Wifi is available everywhere in the hotel. We are pleased to say that the staff is very friendly. The only minus of this hotel is that there is no restaurant in it, except for breakfast service, but the hotel's location is perfect and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
I would recommend this hotel.
We did not have as nice of rooms as the picture shows and we really are not picky. We don't need a TV or amenities just a clean room. But this hotel didn't even stand up to our only request. A clean room. Stains everywhere, on the curtains and even on the toilet paper on the side (I wish I would have taken a picture.)
We don't mind cheap hotels but is cleanliness too much to ask? I don't know if I would recommend this hotel. It is a risk on what kind of room you will get. Remember your shampoo and soap because you get no necessities here. No freebies. I wasn't expecting much but I was expecting a dirty room do very disappointing.
We were pleasantly surprised by the huge comfortable room (№2) with a lovely bathroom and shower. The room had all necessary amenities, including TV with many channels, free WiFi, hairdryer, safe-box. The hotel staff were very polite and the room was always clean and warm.
The location of the hotel is very advantageous. Several metro stations are very close. It takes about 15 min walk to the centre and a half an hour walk to the Central station (Haupt-bahnhof). Around the corner is the main shopping street of Vienna (Mariahilfer str.).
The only disadvantage of the hotel is poor breakfast. Nothing but coffee, tea, orange juice, bread, sausage, cheese, butter, jam and yoghurt. But it was OK for us. We stayed there about one week and the most of time spent outside.
Highly recommend for everyone to stay here.
