We showed up early for check-in, with a young baby, and the staff was friendly and accomodating from the start. The hotel's location near the U4 line is ideal. Had a funtime at the beach bar down the street. The breakfast was very nice and relaxing way to start the day in the hotel's large dining room. All around one of the best 3 stars we have ever stayed in- really better than many four stars.

I picked this hotel because it included parking and was near a subway station, its like 20-30min from the center in subway in a quite zone. Breakfast was nice. free wifi. Rooms are clean and the reception people are very friendly.

Nothing much to add to all those positive reviews. Since parking is very expensive in Vienna, this was the best option for us: free parking, 2 min to underground (20 min to centre, runs often, close to Schönbrunn castle), great access to highway (esp. direction to Linz). Clean and decent room with safe for a very reasonable rate with good breakfast. Huge tv screen to which we were able to connect our laptop so even had a great movie night. Nice lady at the reception gave us some good tips for a walking tour and sightseeing in general.

Nothing horrible but nothing note worthy either. Decent value for the money but I might consider another place next time.
Pros: Located 2 minutes walk from one of the main U train lines for easy access to most of the main attractions. Free parking. Relatively cheap for Vienna. Decent WIFI.
Cons: Room and hotel quite basic in every regard. Only one receptionist and two waitresses were nice; everyone else were blah or almost rude. Breakfast was mediocre, even for Europe. Area of town did not seem to be so nice and restaurants were limited.

Couldn't believe that we paid under 100 Euros/night in Vienna. Located at a 2 minute walk from Wien Huttledorf (quite a few trains from Salzburg to Vienna halt at this station) the starting point on the U4 metro line, a 15 min ride to the centre of the city, never had to wait more than 5 min and always found a seat. It seems to be located in a residential neighbourhood, which means not much to do around this place. The hotel staff were very courteous, always ready to help, offered gr* advice on sightseeing, printed out maps of restaurants around the hotel (there is a good choice within a 10 minute walk). The spread at the breakfast was decent. Our only grouse was the 1st night - it got quite hot in the rooms which meant we had to open the windows. With trains continuously passing by it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. However from the next day onwards they switched on the central airconditioning and we had enjoyed undisturbed sleep (the windows when closed keep all the train noise out). The TV is the room was i think a 52 inch LED TV (the biggest i have seen in any of the hotels i have stayed till date)
Check in and check out was a breeze. Will defintely come back again when in Vienna

very nice friendly staff, very helpfull and walk the extra mile
rooms are a bit spartan. VERY white lights so forget a romantic ambiance..:-)
no possibility to lleave the toiletteries in the bathroom, (we had ours on the floor) and the shower was a bit small
but.. nice soft toiletpaper and a lot of water from the shower! I like that!
the staff is realy very nice and helpfull, esp the ladies of the breakfast.
parking is a bit difficult because the hotel has not much spaces of it own, but parking on the street is free.
thebreakfstif great.
very close (one minute) to u-bahn station. with direct link to the citycentre...

For me I look for good value, wifi connection, breakfast and location and this hotel ticks all the boxes. It's a two minute walk from Hutteldorf subway station to the hotel (turn left out of the station). To get into the centre of Vienna from Hutteldorf takes 20 minutes and costs 1.80 Euro each way (or 5.70 Euro for a daily pass). Given the money you save by staying here I'd say the location is excellent.

The room is clean and comfortable and has a bigger than average flat-screen TV. The shower is powerful and refreshing.

The wifi is reliable and fast and the breakfast buffet is decent. Highly recommended.
