“A piece of Italy in heart of Wien”
Reviewed 17 June 2014 via mobile

If you are fan of authentic Italian food, this is a place for you. Despite the touristy location of the place, the ratio of quality-price is optimal. In summer time there are seats outside too, which attracts lots of tourists. I personally love going there for refreshing Hugo after an exhausting shopping day as it's located at the end of Mariahilferstrasse :))
My preferred pizza - with porcini and buffala. Also plate of fried frutti di mare is quite good considering distance from the closest sea.
Is definitely my #2 selection for pizza in Vienna.

“Nice and cozy italian restaurant.”
Reviewed 16 June 2014

If you want to go to a casual and cozy italian restaurant Pes.co is a very good option. They offer pizza al legno and other italian dishes very well cooked. Moreover, the place is located at the beginning of Maria Hilfer Strasse so you can take a walk on this street (mainly shops) or go to the Museumkuartier and then have a nice italian meal. Don't expect an ultra fancy restaurant, this is relaxed and casual place. If you are around for a couple of days, you can go there, otherwise, go to typical Viennese restaurant. The price is quite fair for the good quality of the food they offer.

“Friendly staff”
Reviewed 16 June 2014 via mobile

This restaurant had great italian food, good service and a fantastic location. The spritz on a very hot day was refreshing and it allowed us an escape from the heat. Just near a ubahn stop and the museum district.

“Turn the music down a bit”
Reviewed 11 June 2014

The place is run by Italians who don't speak German that well, but the food was great and the staff friendly. What really bothered me was the music playing in the front bar area, it was too loud and so monotonous I wanted to scream.
Great location opposite the Kunsthistorisches Museum.
